Genogrammu izpētes metodes pielietojums sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Genogrammu izpētes metodes pielietojums sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem” mērķis ir izpētīt kā sociālie darbinieki darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem sociālā gadījuma vadīšanas procesā strādā ar genogrammu metodi. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas ar apakšnodaļām, empīriskās analīzes daļas un secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā aplūkots kā notiek sociālais darbs ar ģimenēm, genogrammu metožu pielietojums no sistēmu teorijas un Bovena teorijas skatupunkta, papildus tika aplūkots, kā genogrammu metodes tiek pielietotas sociālajā darbā un to lietošanas dažādību. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļa sastāvēja no pilotpētījuma aptaujas ar atvērtiem jautājumiem un kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes - daļēji strukturētām intervijām, kur tika intervēti sociālie darbinieki, kuri strādā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem un sociālā gadījuma vadīšanas procesā izmanto genogrammu metodi. Pētījumā tika secināts, ka sociālie darbinieki darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem genogrammu izmanto izvērtēšanas procesā, pārsvarā darbs notiek ar vecākiem, bet pašu genogrammu zīmē sociālie darbinieki. Genogrammas sastādīšanas procesā galvenais akcents tiek vērsts uz ģimenes sistēmā valdošajām attiecībām un resursiem, kuri ir ģimenes sistēmā un kur tie var tikt veicināti. Diskusiju daļā ir izstrādāti ieteikumi sociālajiem dienestiem un sociālajiem darbiniekiem, lai uzlabotu genogrammu metožu lietošanu sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem.

Master's thesis "The use of genogrammes study method in social work with families with children" aims to explore how social workers use genograms method in their work with families with children in social case management process. Master's thesis consists of introduction section, theoretical section with subchapters, the empirical part of the analysis and conclusions section. The theoretical part discusses topics of the social work with families and the use of genograms methods from the point of view of the systems theory and Bowen`s theory. In addition, the question on how are the genograms methods and the diversity of those methods used in social work was addressed in the theoretical part of the Master`s thesis. The practical part of the study consists of a pilot research survey with open questions and methods of qualitative research - semi-structured interviews of social workers who are working with families with children and use genograms method in social case management processes. The study concluded that social workers use the genogrames during the evaluation process in their work with families with children. Mostly it is work with parents, but the genogram is drawn by social workers. The main focus during the process of creation of a genogram is on the relationships within the family and resources in the posession of the family and on how and where they could be cultivated. The discussion part has recommendations developed for social services and social workers in order to improve the use of genograms methods in their social work with families with children.
