Rīgas apgaismes tehnikas rūpnīcas darbība no 1958.-1991.gadam

Abstract

PSRS rūpniecības vēsture ir interesanta un maz pētīta nozare, kas aktuāla arī mūsdienās, jo sekas atstājušas ietekmi ne tikai uz ekonomiku, bet arī uz lielas sabiedrības daļas domāšanas veidu. Tādēļ nepieciešami jauni pētījumi, kas raksturotu un analizētu PSRS ekonomikas pozitīvos un negatīvos aspektus. Uzmanība pievērsta konkrētam rūpniecības uzņēmumam - Rīgas apgaismes tehnikas rūpnīcai. Rūpnīcas darbībā redzamas problēmas, ko sagādāja ekonomikas plānošana pa piecgades periodiem, kas bija jāizpilda par katru cenu, neraugoties uz neprecīzajiem aprēķiniem un nepielāgojoties tirgus situācijai. Tas noveda pie izejmateriālu deficīta, sliktas kvalitātes ražojumiem un nespējas konkurēt ne tikai starptautiskajā tirgū, bet, rūpnīcas pēdējos darbības gados, pat PSRS tirgū, kas noveda pie uzņēmuma likvidācijas drīz pēc PSRS sabrukuma.

The history of manufacturing in USSR is an interesting and little studied field that is topical today, as its effects left an impact not only on economy but also on the mindset of a large part of the public. This is why new research is needed that would characterize analyze the positive and negative aspects of USSR economy. Attention has been given to a specific manufactory - Riga lighting equipment factory. There are visible problems in the operation of the factory, caused by planned economy divided in five year plans, which had to be met at any cost, disregarding inaccurate calculations and failing to adjust to market situation. This led to shortages of raw materials, low quality products and inability to be competitive not only in the international market, but, in the final years of the factory, even in USSR market, which led to the closing of the company shortly after the fall of USSR.
