Sasniegumu motivācijas un prokrastinācijas atšķirības dažāda līmeņa darbiniekiem

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noteikt vai pastāv saistību atšķirības starp sasniegumu motivācijas un prokrastinācijas rādītājiem dažāda līmeņa darbiniekiem. Pētījuma jautājumi - Vai pastāv saistība starp sasniegumu motivācijas un prokrastinācijas rādītājiem darbinieku grupā? Vai pastāv saistība starp sasniegumu motivācijas un prokrastinācijas rādītājiem vadītāju grupā? Vai pastāv saistību atšķirības starp sasniegumu motivācijas un prokrastinācijas rādītājiem vadītāju un padoto grupās? Vai pastāv atšķirības starp sasniegumu motivāciju un prokrastināciju vadītāju un darbinieku grupās? Pētījumā piedalījās 73 respondenti - 44 sievietes un 29 vīrieši vecumā no 20 līdz 45 gadiem, ar vidējo vecumu 30 gadi (M=29,86, SD=8,11). Pētījumā piedalījās 31 vadītāji un 42 darbinieki. Tie bija respondenti, kas darbā ieņem vadošu amatu, kur viņu pakļautībā ir vismaz trīs cilvēki, vai paši strādā kā padotie un viņu pakļautībā neviens cits nestrādā. Darbā tika pielietotas divas aptaujas - Sasniegumu motivācijas aptauja (Achievement Motivation Inventory (AMI)) (Schulter et al., 2004), kuru Latvijā adaptēja Darja Milova (Milova, 2013) un prokrastinācijas aptauja (General Procrastination Scale (GP)) (Lay, 1986), kuru Latvijā adaptēja Renāte Buliņa (Buliņa, 2011). Tika secināts, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas negatīvas saistības starp sasniegumu motivācijas un prokrastinācijas rādītājiem vadītāju grupā. Starp grupām pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas saistību atšķirības, arī kopumā vadītāju grupā korelācija starp sasniegumu motivāciju un prokrastināciju ir nozīmīgi ciešāka nekā darbinieku grupā.

The study aim was to determine whether there is a relationship between the differences in achievement motivation and procrastination indicators of different levels of employees. The research questions – Is there a relationship between achievement motivation and procrastination indicators in employees group? Is there a relationship between achievement motivation and procrastination in indicators and managers group? Is there a relationship between the differences in achievement motivation and procrastination indicators in managers and employees groups? Are there differences between achievement motivation and procrastination in managers and employees groups? The study included 73 respondents - 44 women and 29 men, aged 20 to 45 years, with an average age of 30 years (M=29.84, SD=8.11). The study included 31 managers and 42 employees. These were the respondents who work in a management position, where they supervise at least three people, or same work as employees, and don’t supervise to anyone else. Two questionnaires were used in study - Achievement Motivation Inventory (AMI) (Schulter et al., 2004) which was adapted for Latvia by Darja Milova (Milova, 2013) and General Procrastination scale (GP) (Lay, 1986), which was adapted for Latvia by Renate Bulina (Bulina, 2011). It was concluded that there is a statistically significant negative relationship between achievement motivation and procrastination indicators among the managers. Among the groups there are statistically significant differences in relationship, also in general, among the managers group, correlation is significantly closer than the employee group.
