Abstract
Uz šodienu Latvijas Universitātē ir izveidojusies liela studentu skaita zaudēšanas tendence Datorikas fakultātes 1.kursā. Šī situācija ir rosinājusi pētījumu ar mērķi noteikt faktorus, kas ietekmē studentus, kuri ir izlēmuši pamest studiju vietu, kā arī radušās problēmas izlabošanas metodes. Viena no pētāmajām metodēm ir loģiskās domāšanas testi, kuru analīze un izpēte ir šī darba galvenais uzdevums, kā arī sava testa izveidošana, izmantojot analīzes gaitā gūtās zināšanas.
Nowadays, the Faculty of Computing of the University of Latvia is facing the trend of losing a large number of the first year students. This situation has prompted the research to determine the factors influencing the students who decided to drop out of studies, as well as the methods for addressing the problem. Among the research methods are aptitude tests, analysis and assessment, which are the main task of this paper, as well as the development of the own test using the knowledge obtained during the analysis.
