Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt jauna uzņēmuma dibināšanas biznesa plānu. Maģistra darba laikā, darba autore izstrādāja un novērtēja projekta uzņēmuma „FamilyGarage” dibināšanas plānu. Projekta mērķis ir antīko auto restaurācijas un remonta darbnīcas dibināšana, nodrošinot augstas kvalitātes restaurācijas darbus, kā arī atvērt antīko auto daļu tirdzniecības vietu Rīgā. Nākotnē uzņēmums plāno kļūt par atpazīstamu antīko automobiļu centru ne tikai Latvijā, bet arī Eiropā. Antīkas automašīnas ir ne vien dzīves stils, statusa apliecinājums, bet arī laba investīcija nākotnei, jo atšķirībā no parastajām automašīnām, šīs automašīnas pieaug vērtībā. Plānota uzņēmuma nosaukums „FamilyGarage” atspoguļo projekta ideju - katra automašīna kļūs par uzņēmuma ģimenes locekli un saņems visaugstākā līmeņa remonta vai restaurācijas pakalpojumus, kā arī nosaukums norāda uz to, ka uzņēmumu dibina ģimenes locekļi. Analizējot komercsabiedrības formas, darba autore secināja, ka uzņēmuma „FamilyGarage” komercdarbības forma būs sabiedrība ar ierobežoto atbildību. Uzņēmuma pamatkapitāls sastādīs 35700 eiro, kas sadalīts 3570 daļās, ko veidos gan naudas, gan mantiskie ieguldījumi. Uzņēmuma atrašanas vieta būs Rīgā, Austuves ielā. Telpas būs nomātas. Darbnīcas dibināšanai tiks iegādāti pamatlīdzekļi 23134 eiro vērtībā, pamatlīdzekļu saraksts darbnīcas darbībās laika tiks pastāvīgi papildināts. Uzņēmumā būs nodarbināti trīs cilvēki, viens valdes loceklis, kas koordinēs uzņēmuma darbību un nodarbosies ar marketinga aktivitātēm, un viņu pakļautība būs automehāniķis un metinātājs. Uzņēmums izmantos ārpakalpojumus grāmatvedības uzskaites nodrošināšanai. Uzņēmuma darbības uzsākšanai nepieciešams piesaistīt aizņemtos līdzekļus 15000 eiro apmērā. Kā iespējamos līdzekļu avotus darba autore uzskata kredītu AS „Attīstības finanšu institūcijas Altum” Starta programmas ietvaros, kā alternatīvu izskata bankas kredītu, līzingu un privāto investoru piesaisti. Uzņēmums nodarbosies auto nozarē. Uzņēmuma mērķauditorija ir personas, kas sasniegušas 18 gadu vecumu un saņēma vadītāja apliecību, kam pieder vecs automobilis. Darbs sastāv no 116 lapām un 66 izmantotās literatūras un citiem informācijas avotiem, 46 tabulām, un 2 grafikiem un 9 attēliem. Darba pētīšanas metodes: statistiskā analīze, grafiskā analīze, vertikāla analīze, SVID analīze, riska matrica.

The Master’s degree diploma thesis is to develop a business plan for new company. The author developed and evaluated the business plan of establishment of the company “FamilyGarage”. The aim of the company is to establish auto restauration and maintenance workshop in order to provide high quality restauration services, and also to open antique auto parts store in Riga. In the future company would like to become a recognized and widely known European antique car center. Antique cars are not just a lifestyle or status confirmation, it is also a good investment for the future, because unlike new cars, the antique car grow in value every year. The name of the company “FamilyGarage” reflects the main idea of the project- every client’s car will become the part of the family and will be provided with the best quality repair and restauration services. Also the name of the company shows that the company was established by the family members. Author analyzed the commercial forms and concluded that the “FamilyGarage” commercial form will be Limited Liability Company. The “FamilyGarage” share capital will be 35700 euro divided into 3570 parts. Share capital consist of both cash and property investment. The company will be located in Riga, Austuves street. The place will be rented. It is necessary to buy fixed assets for workshop arrangement. 23134 euro will be spent for this purpose. List of fixed assets will be constantly fulfilled. The company will employ three people, one member of the board, which will coordinate the activities of the company and engaged in marketing activities. In his subjection will be a car mechanic and welder. The company will outsource the accounting services. For business starting is necessary to attract 15,000 euros of borrowed funds. As possible sources of funding, the Author considers the credit of JSC "Development financial institution Altum" Start program, as an alternative considering leasing, because the funds required for the purchase of fixed assets and the attraction of private investors. The company will engage in the auto industry. The company target consumers are personas who have reached the age of 18 and got a driving license, owners of an old car. The Paper consists of 116 pages, 66 literature and other information sources, 46 tables, 2 graphs and 9 images. Used research methods: statistical analysis, graphical analysis, vertical analysis, SWOT analysis, risk matrix.
