SIA "VIA UNA" finanšu analīze un novērtēšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA „VIA UNA” finanšu analīze un novērtēšana”. Darba mērķis ir veikt finanšu analīzi, lai novērtētu SIA „VIA UNA” finanšu stāvokli uzņēmumā, atklāt trūkumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanai. Pētījuma periods no 2010. – 2014. gadam. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autors apraksta teorētisko informāciju, kas sniedz vispārēju priekšstatu par finanšu analīzi, tās mērķiem, uzdevumiem un metodēm, analīzē izmantotiem koeficientiem, kā arī atklājot naudas plūsmas analīzes nozīmi. Otrajā nodaļā tika veikta uzņēmuma SIA „VIA UNA” izvērsta finanšu analīze, kurā iekļauta horizontālā, vertikālā, koeficientu un naudas plūsmas analīze, pamatojoties uz pirmās nodaļas teorētisko bāzi. Trešajā nodaļā tika veikta uzņēmuma SIA „ VIA UNA” finanšu rādītāju salīdzinošā analīze ar uzņēmuma SIA „Medicīnas sabiedrība ARS” finanšu rādītājiem. Pamatojoties uz veikto analīzi, tika novērtēta uzņēmuma SIA „VIA UNA” finanšu darbība, izstrādāti priekšlikumi, lai uzlabotu finanšu stāvokli uzņēmumā. Finanšu analīzes veikšanas gaitā noskaidrots, ka uzņēmumā SIA „ VIA UNA” ir zemi rentabilitātes rādītāji, kā arī finanšu līdzekļu nepietiekamība. Darbā izmantotās metodes: teorētiskā analīze un datu apstrādes statistiskā metode. Darbā ir 9 pielikumi un izmantoti 32 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is „Financial analysis and evaluation of the company Ltd „ VIA UNA.” The aim of the thesis is to carry out the analysis of company’ s business to evaluate the financial situation, to reveal weaknesses and to draw up proposals for improving company’ s operation. The period of the research is the year 2010 to 2014. The bachelor’s thesis consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter the author describes theoretical background what gives an overall idea about financial analysis, its aims, tasks and methods, the ratio used in the analysis as well as reveals the significance of cash flow. In the second chapter was expanded financial analysis of the company Ltd „ VIA UNA”, in which is included horizontal, vertical, the ratio and cash flow analysis based on the first chapter’ s theoretical background. In the third chapter was carried out comparative analysis of the company’ s Ltd „ VIA UNA” and Ltd„ Medicinas sabiedriba ARS” financial ratios. On the basis of the analysis were accessed the company’s Ltd „ VIA UNA” financial activities, developed proposals for improving the financial situation. During the performance of the financial analysis is find out that the company Ltd „ VIA UNA” has low profitability figures and lack of financial resources. In the bachelor’ s thesis are used methods: theoretical analysis and data processing statistical method. There are 9 annexes and 32 literature sources.
