Diplomdarba tēma ir finanšu analīze uzņēmumā SIA „VMF LATVIA”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma SIA”VMF LATVIA” finanšu analīzes novērtējumu, lai secinātu uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādātu priekšlikumus tās turpmākai darbībai. Diplomdarba uzdevumi ir izpētīt speciālo literatūru par finanšu analīzi, raksturot SIA „VMF LATVIA” darbību, veikt uzņēmuma finanšu analīzi un apkopot secinājumus un priekšlikumus par uzņēmuma turpmāko darbību. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām - finanšu analīzes būtības, tās mērķiem, tās avotiem un lietotājiem un metodēm; SIA „VMF LATVIA” darbības raksturojuma; veikta SIA „VMF LATVIA” finanšu analīze un salīdzināšana ar konkurentu analīzi. Pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem tiek secināts, ka uzņēmums ir finansiāli stabils. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 69 lappaspusēm, 16 tabulām, 22 attēliem, 29 formulām un 7 pielikumiem. Atslēgvārdi: finanšu analīze, finanšu rādītāji, SIA „VMF LATVIA”, bilance, peļņas vai zaudējuma aprēķins. The theme of Diploma Thesis - Finansial Analysis of Comany „VMF LATVIA”. The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to carry out evaluation of financial situation of VMF LATVIA and to work out recommendations for future performance of the enterprise. To reach my aim I analysed corresponding literature concerning financial analysis, described functioning of VMF LATVIA, conducted financial analysis of the enterprise and gathered suggestions suitable for future conduct. The thesis consists of three sections – the essence of financial analysis, its aims, sources, users and methods; profile of VMF LATVIA; VMF LATVIA financial analysis and comparative analysis regarding rival enterprises. In accordance with acquired results I concluded that the enterprise is financially stable. Thesis consists of 69 pages, 16 tables, 22 pictures, 29 formulas and 7 attachments.
