Iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme organizācijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme organizācijā”. Iekšējās ko-munikācijas nozīme arvien pieaug mūsdienu organizācijās, un tā ir kļuvusi par svarīgu ieroci vadītāju rīcībā, ar ko pareizi rīkojoties var efektīvi sasniegt organizācijas mērķus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Rīgas pašvaldības aģentūras “Rīgas gaisma” iekšējās komunikācijas sistēmu, noskaidrot tās ietekmi uz vadības efektivitāti un sniegt priekšliku-mus komunikācijas sistēmas vadības efektivitātes pilnveidei. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darbā izvirzīto mērķi, autors iepazinās ar vadības efektivitātes un iekšējās komunikācijas teorētiskajiem aspektiem, veica pētījumu organizācijā par iekšē-jās komunikācijas sistēmu un vadības efektivitāti, izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētīšana metodi anketēšanu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatītas teorētiskās nostādnes par organizācijas vadības efektivitāti, kur iekļauti skaidrojumi par organizāciju, vadīšanas nozīmi, funkcijām un efektivitāti. Otrajā nodaļā ir sniegti teorētiskie skaidrojumi par iekšējo komunikāciju, tās veidiem, kanāliem, šķēršļiem un vadītāju lomu tajā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek raksturota pētāmā organizācija, bet ceturtajā nodaļā ir veikta iekšējās komunikā-cijas analīze un organizācijas pētījumu rezultātu apkopošana. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā ir izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi par iekšējās komunikācijas un vadības efektivitātes uzlabošanu.

Bachelor's theme is "Importance of Internal Communication in an Organization". Importance of internal communication is getting bigger in organizations today’s, and it has become as an important advantage for manager, with correct by acting effectively to achieve the goals of the organization. Bachelor's work aims to explore Riga municipal agency of "Rigas gaisma" internal communication system, to find out its impact on the effectiveness of management and provide proposals for communications systems to improving the management effectiveness. To achieve a Bachelor's work goal, the author met with the management and the effec-tiveness of internal communications of the theoretical aspects, carried out the study for the internal communication impact on management effectiveness through the use of quantitative research method get. Bachelor's work consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes the theoretical framework for the Organization's management effectiveness, which included explanations of the Organization, role, functions, management and effectiveness. The second chapter pro-vides theoretical explanations of internal communications, its types, channels, obstacles and manager role in it. The third chapter describes the Organization, but examined in Chapter 4 has made internal communication analysis and organization of the results get. Bachelor work finally draws conclusions and presents proposals for internal communication and management effectiveness.
