Attiecība starp varu un cilvēcību F. Kafkas „Metamorfoze”: interpretēta japāņu manga

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Franca Kafkas romānā „Metamorfoze” atrodamu varas attiecību interpretācija un analīze japāņu manga medijos, balstoties uz Bjorna Krausa un Edvarda Šila varas teorijām. Darbā tika izstrādāts salīdzinošais multimediju pētījums, kura mērķis ir pierādīt un aprakstīt attiecību starp cilvēcību un varu Kafkas darbā, kā arī identificēt kā šī attiecība tiek parādīta „Metamorfozes” ietekmētajās darbos.Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka „Metamorfozē” un analizētājās manga eksistē iekšējais, identitātes varas konflikts un ārējais, sabiedriskais varas konflikts starp cilvēci un tās antitēzi., kurā cilvēcība līmenis korelē ar varas līmeni. Noslēgumā tika secināts, ka gan oriģinālais varas attiecību attēlojums, gan tā interpretācijas japāņu manga atbilst savam attiecīgam vēsturiskam kontekstam un sevī apstrādā iznākšanas laikam svarīgāku problemātiku.

This bachelor’s thesis examines the power relations in Franz Kafka’s novel “The Metamorphosis” and the interpretations of those power relations in the Japanese manga medium based on the power theories of Bjorn Kraus and Edward Shils. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the existence of a relationship between humanity and power in Kafka’s work as well as to illustrate the changes this relationship takes on in influenced works by means of a comparative multimedia analysis. The results show the presence of an internal, identity-bound, and an external, societal, conflict of power between humanity and its opposing force, in which there is a correlation between the level of humanity and the level of power. The research concluded that the original portrayal of power relations, as well as the ones found in manga reflect the societal tensions and problems of their time.
