Vācu literatūras ietekme uz latviešu literatūru Viļa Plūdoņa un Raiņa darbos

Abstract

Vācu kultūrai un literatūrai bija nozīmīga loma 20. gs. sākuma latviešu rakstnieku dzīvē. Šī maģistra darba „Vācu literatūras ietekme uz latviešu literatūru Viļa Plūdoņa un Raiņa darbos” mērķis ir noteikt, kā vācu autoru darbi ietekmēja Viļa Plūdoņa un Raiņa daiļradi. Maģistra darbā tiek analizēti un salīdzināti latviešu autoru lasītie un tulkotie teksti ar viņu oriģinālliteratūru. Salīdzinājumam ir izvēlēta Raiņa un Viļa Plūdoņa dzeja un prozas teksti, kā arī vairāku vācu autoru darbi. Pētījumā tika konstatēts, ka pastāv līdzības latviešu un vācu autoru lietotajos mākslinieciskās izteiksmes līdzekļos un pantu formās. Piemēram, Raiņa saīsinātajam sonetam ierosme bija Gētes dzejolis. No tā tiek secināts, ka vācu autoru teksti būtiski ietekmēja latviešu autoru darbus, kuri tos izmantoja par piemēru par spīti tam, ka viņu mērķis bija radīt nacionālu literatūru.

German culture and literature played an important role in the lives of Latvian writers who lived at the beginning of 20th century. The aim of this Paper “The Interaction Between German and Latvian Literature in the Works of Vilis Plūdonis and Rainis“ is to determine how the works of German authors have influenced the works of Vilis Plūdonis and Rainis. This paper compares and analyzes texts read and translated by Latvian writers with their original literature. Texts selected for comparison are poems and prose texts written by Vilis Plūdonis and Rainis as well as works written by several German authors. The research showed that there are similarities in the language and means of artistic expression. For example, “Rainis’ short sonnet” originates from a poem written by Goethe. This result suggests that Latvian writers were significantly influenced by the German authors’ works and used them as an example for their own works despite the fact that they wanted to create Latvian national literature.
