Lai slimības terapija būtu efektīva, nepieciešama pacienta aktīva piedalīšanās ārstēšanas procesā – līdzestība. Zema līdzestība kardioloģiska profila pacientiem saistīta ar sliktu arteriālā asinsspiediena kontroli, biežāku stacionēšanu un paaugstinātu mirstību. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot līdzestības procentuālo vērtību arteriālas hipertensijas pacientu receptēs atkarībā no zāļu izrakstīšanas un izsniegšanas tendencēm atvērta tipa aptiekā. Medication adherence usually refers to whether patients take their medications as prescribed, as well as whether they continue to take the prescribed medication. Poor adherence in patients with arterial hypertension is related to uncontrolled blood pressure, increased risk of hospitalizations and morbidity. The aim of this study was to analyze the percentage rates of adherence among cardiovascular patients depending on the number of prescribed and dispensed drugs in pharmacy. In our study the medium adherence rate were observed in patients with statins, diuretics and beta blockers. Incidence of medium adherence was more often observed among men. After the pharmacist`s opinion more than half of hypertension patients were observed low adherence, and one of the factor for improving adherence could be drugs with fixed dose combination.
