Hendersones teorijas pielietojums abdominālās ķirurģijas pacientu aprūpē pēcoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā V. Hendersones teorijas pielietojums abdominālās ķirurģijas pacientu aprūpē pēcoperācijas periodā apkopota aktuāla informācijas par V. Hendersones 14. pamatvajadzību kategoriju pielietojumu abdominālās ķirurģijas pacientu aprūpē. Ķirurģiskās aprūpes māsas praksē realizē teorijā definētas pamatvajadzību nodrošināšanu. Pētījuma gaitā tika apgūts pētījuma mērķis – pētīt V. Hendersones teorijas pielietojumu abdominālo ķirurģisko pacientu aprūpē pēcoperācijas periodā. Kā arī veikti pētījuma uzdevumi – apkopot un analizēt literatūru un avotus par pacientu aprūpi abdominālajā ķirurģijā, analizēt V. Hendersones pamatvajadzību teoriju, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentus māsām un pacientiem, veikt kvalitatīvo pētījumu – anketēšanu, apkopot, analizēt un salīdzināt anketu iegūtos datus, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījumā izvirzīta hipotēze – ķirurģiskās aprūpes māsas pielieto V. Hendersones pamatvajadzības teoriju pacientu aprūpē pēc abdominālām operācijām – tika atbalstīta ar pētījuma rezultātiem.

In the bachelor work “Application of the Henderson's theory in care of abdominal surgical patients in postoperative period” is summarized up to date information about application of the V. Henderson’s 14 basic needs in the care of abdominal surgical patients. Surgical nurses in practice provide basic needs of citizens, which are defined in the theory. During the research the goal was achieved – to study application of the Henderson’s theory in care of abdominal surgical patients in post-operative period. Also was cared out research tasks – to collect and analyze literature and sources about care of patients with abdominal surgery, to analyze the Henderson’s theory of basic needs, to develop research tools for nurses and patients, to make a qualitative research - questionnaires, to collect, analyze and compare the questionnaire findings, to draw conclusions. The research hypothesis – surgical nurses use the Henderson’s theory of basic needs in care of patients after abdominal surgery – was supported by the results of the study.
