Māsu pieredze saskaroties ar pacientu zaudējumu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Māsu pieredze saskaroties ar pacientu zaudējumu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot intensīvā terapijā strādājošo māsu pieredzi saskaroties ar pacientu zaudējumu. Izvirzītie pētījuma jautājumi ir: Kāda ir māsu pieredze saskaroties ar pacientu zaudējumu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Kā māsas tiek galā ar pacientu zaudējumu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Darbā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments - intervija. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus noskaidrojās, ka pēc kāda laika, nemitīgi saskaroties ar pacienta zaudējumu, māsas pie tā pierod, iemācās norobežoties un neuztver zaudējumu vairs tik personīgi. Taču neskatoties uz lielo darba pieredzi un spēju apstragēties, saskaroties ar pacienta nāvi, māsas mēdz izjust spēcīgus emocionālus pārdzīvojumus, tādus, kā skumjas, sašutumu, bezspēcību un vainas sajūtu. Darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām un 3 apakšnodaļām, tajā ir ietverti 5 pielikumi, un darbā izmantoti 25 literatūras avoti. Darbs uzrakstīts uz 35 lappusēm bez pielikumiem un 75 lappusēm ar pielikumiem.

The topic of diploma work is – „Nurses experience facing death of patient in Intensive Care Unit”.The purpose of the research is to get to know nurse’s experiences facing death of patients during the work in intensive care unit. Questions of this research are: What kind of experience do nurses have when looses patient during the work in intensive care unit? How nurses recover from patient loss in intensive care unit? In this work have been used qualitative method of the research, research have been implemented through inteview. Analyzing research results, was established that after often facing patient loss, after some time nurses get use to death, learn how to safe themselves and do not take loses that personal anymore. But despite the fact that nurses have big work experience and have skill to distance themselves, nurses after patient’s death have hard emotional expirience, for example, sorrow, wrath, weakness and guiltiness. This work consist from 5 departments and 3 subdivisions, it contain 5 attachments and in work have been used 25 literature sources. This work contain 35 pags without attachments and 75 pages including attachments.
