Sociālais darbs ar patvēruma meklētājiem, bēgļiem un alternatīvo statusu ieguvušām personām

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Sociālais darbs patvēruma meklētājiem, bēgļiem un alternatīvo statusu ieguvušām personām” mērķis ir izpētīt sociālā darba ar patvēruma meklētājiem, bēgļiem un alternatīvo statusu ieguvušajām personām attīstības iespējas Latvijā. Pētītas esošās un prognozējamās sociālā darba problēmas, tā sistēmiskās un metodiskās attīstības iespējas attiecībā uz šo sociālā darba mērķgrupu. Izmantotas kvalitatīvās pētījuma metodes, īstenojot 17 intervijas. Izvērtēti Eiropas valstu labās prakses piemēri. Teorētisko pamatu veido Ekoloģiskā un Spēka perspektīva, Pretdiskriminācijas pieejas. Secinājumos uzsvērta sociālā darba un integrācijas politikas un to realizācijas sasaistes nepieciešamību, piedāvāts skatījums uz sociālā darba ar šo mērķgrupu sistēmas attīstības iespējām, sociāli darbinieku profesionālo pilnveidi.

The aim of the Master’ s Thesis “Social Work with Asylum Seekers, Refugees and Persons Having Acquired Alternative Status” is to research the development possibilities of social work with asylum seekers, refugees and persons with alternative status in Latvia. Thesis deals with the systematic and methodical development possibilities and predictable problems of social work with the above target group. Qualitative research methods are applied using the data obtained from 17 interviews. Good practice examples from other European countries are evaluated. The theoretical bases of the Thesis are Ecological and Strengths Perspective and Anti- discrimination approaches. Conclusions based on the research findings emphasize the necessity to connect social work and the national integration policy, and offer perspectives on social work with this target group, and also on the professional development of social workers.
