Darba tēma ir „Neprāta atainojums filmās: semiotiskā analīze”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi filmveides paņēmieni izmantoti, lai atainotu neprāta stāvokli filmās. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir apskatīt un apkopot literatūrā pieejamo informāciju par filmās izmantotajiem izteiksmes līdzekļiem, izvirzīt kvalitatīvās kontentanalīzes kategorijas, kas izvēlētas, balstoties teorētiskajā materiālā, analizēt filmas semiotiski, apkopot rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus pēc veiktās analīzes. Teorijā apskatīts semiotikas pētījumu lauks, filmu semiotiskā analīzes īpatnības un raksturotas analīzei izvēlētās filmas. Metodoloģijā skatītas izvēlētās pētniecības metodes: kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze un semiotiskā analīze. The theme of the paper is “Madness in films: semiotic analysis”. The aim of the paper is to find out what film-making means have been used to portray the state of madness in films. The tasks of the paper are to view and collect the available information in literature about the means of expression used in films, to determine the categories of content analysis, to analyse specific films semiotically, to summarize the results and draw conclusions based on the analysis performed. In the theoretical part of the work the research field of semiotics and the specifics of semiotic analysis are discussed, and the films chosen for analysis have been described. In the methodology part of the paper the chosen research methods are viewed, which are the qualitative content analysis and semiotic analysis.
