Maģistra darbā „Politiskā situācija Meklenburgas-Priekšpomerānijas pavalstī pēc Vācijas apvienošanās (1990. gads - mūsdienas)” ir aplūkota Meklenburgas-Priekšpomerānijas attīstība pēc Vācijas apvienošanās 1990.gadā caur politikas aspektu. Meklenburgas-Priekšpomerānijas mūsdienu vēsture ir maz pētīta tēma, caur tās politisko situāciju tiek apskatīta Vācijas apvienošanās ietekme uz pavalsti, kā arī tās integrācijas process. Aplūkojot tās tālāko ekonomisko, kultūras un sociālo attīstību tiek saprasta arī tās politisko partiju attīstība. Noslēgumā secināts, ka pēc apvienošanās politiskās partijas federālajā zemē galvenokārt attīstījās tikai ja tās spēja pielāgoties vietējo vēlētāju interesēm. The Master’s thesis „The political situation in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania federal state after the unification of Germany (1990s – contemporaneity)” focuses on the development of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania after the unification of Germany though the political aspect. The contemporary history of Meklenburg-Western Pomerania is a barely researched topic, the unification of Germany is viewed through its political situation as well as the process of its integration. Only by further assessing its economical, cultural and social development the evolution of its political parties is understood. It is concluded, that after the unification only the political parties who were able to adapt to the preferences of the voters were able to successfully evolve.
