Arodizglītības programmas īstenošanas pieredzes izpēte Eiropas Savienības fonda projektā “Sākotnējās profesionālās izglītības programmu īstenošana Jauniešu garantijas ietvaros”

Abstract

Salīdzinoši nesen Latvijas profesionālās izglītības iestādēs tiek realizētas sākotnējās profesionālās izglītības programmas, kas tiek finansētas no Eiropas Savienības fondu projektu līdzekļiem. Pēc arodizglītības programmas abrobācijas pirmā gada ir nepieciešamība pēc rekomendācijām, kas balstītas uz īstenošanas pieredzi un noteica Lindas Meņģes maģistra darba tematu „Arodizglītības programmas īstenošanas pieredzes izpēte Eiropas Savienības fonda projektā “Sākotnējās profesionālās izglītības programmu īstenošana Jauniešu garantijas ietvaros””. Pētījumā analizēta pirmreizēji īstenotā arodizglītības programma pēc darba devēju pieprasījuma, kas atbilst Eiropas profesionālās izglītības attīstības tendencēm un kam ir svarīga loma „Eiropa 2020” stratēģisko mērķu izglītībā sasniegšanā. Izmantojot teorētiskās pētīšanas metodes, analizētas profesionālās izglītības tendences, tās loma darba tirgū, izglītības projektu nozīme profesionālajā izglītībā. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā, izmantojot kvalitatīvās empīriskās metodes, tika izpētīti un konceptualizēti eksperta, profesionālās izglītības kompetences centra „X” skolotāju, izglītojamo viedokļi un darba devēja pārstāvja viedoklis, kā arī izstrādāti ieteikumi arodizglītības programmas turpmākai īstenošanai.

The initial vocational training programmes which are funded by European Union funds have been carried out only recently in vocational education institutions of Latvia. After the first year approbation of vocational training scheme there is a need for the recommendations which can be based on the implementation experience and it assigned the Master Paper’s topic of the author Linda Menge – „The study on the experience of implementing Vocational education programme within European Union funds „Implementation of the initial vocational training within the framework of Youth Guarantee””. Newly implemented vocational training programme has been analyzed in the research following the request of the employer which corresponds to European vocational education development trends and which has an important role in achieving „Europe 2020” strategic aims in education. The trends in vocational education and their role in the labour market as well as the importance of educational projects in vocational education have been analyzed by the use of the theoretical research methods. In the empirical part of the research the viewpoints of the experts – teachers and students of the vocational education competence center „X” are analyzed and conceptualized by the use of qualitative empirical methods and the recommendations on further implementation of the vocational education programme are made.
