Abstract
Darbā veikta literatūras apkopošana par neorganiskās un organiskās alvas un to savienojumu izplatību, izmantošanu, ķīmiskām īpašībām, fizikālām īpašībām, fizioloģisko nozīmi, reglamentējošu likumdošanu; alvas migrāciju no iepakojuma uz pārtikas produktu, to kvantitatīvās noteikšanas metodēm, tika izpētīts konservētu ananāsu tirgus Latvijā. Darba tika noteikta alvas koncentrācija konservu bundžu iepakojumā un alvas koncentrācija konservētos ananāsos un sīrupā.
In this research project inorganic and organic tin and their compounds chemical and physical properties, physiological role, migration from packaging to food, quantification methods, regulatory legislation were performed. Exploring of canned pineapple market in Latvia were done. In this research project a tin determination in can packing, pineapples and syrup were done.
