Infopath tehnoloģijas iziešana no aprites - iespējamie aizvietotāji un to analīze

Abstract

Šajā darbā tiek runāts par veidlapu izmantošanu SharePoint vidē. Tika pētīta InfoPath Forms risinājuma funkcionalitāte un integrācija ar SharePoint vidi. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt alternatīvus risinājumus, kuri var aizstāt InfoPath Forms, par kuru tika izziņots, ka tas izies no aprites. Tika apskatīti produkti, kas ir piedāvāti InfoPath tematiskajās vietnēs. Tika analizētas risinājumu iespējas, vājās vietas un guvumi, salīdzinājumā ar InfoPath. Darbā tika aprakstīts katra rīka, parastas veidlapas izveides process un ir apkopoti secinājumi. Darbā tika izveidots viens no populārākiem InfoPath veidlapas darbplūsmas scenārijiem un tika pārbaudīts, kā katrs no piedāvātiem aizvietotājrīkiem pārvalda piedāvāto scenāriju.

The present bachelor paper describes form usage in the Microsoft SharePoint platform. The objective of the paper is to analyse possible InfoPath Forms solution replacements, as Microsoft has announced that InfoPath will no longer be supported, as well as, to analyse InfoPath functionality and its integration with SharePoint. Solutions for analysis have been chosen according to InfoPath retirement thematic articles – where replacement solutions were listed. Each solution’s functionality, strengths and weaknesses have been compared with InfoPath Forms. For each solution, a simple form example has been provided and relevant conclusions about the creation process have been drawn. The practical chapter of the paper describes the most common InfoPath Forms usage examples and includes workflows in which the author has tried to reproduce a scenario by using alternative solutions.
