Abstract

Komercsabiedrību kapitāla struktūras ietekme uz darbības finanšu rezultātiem Promocijas darba autore, pamatojoties uz zinātnisko literatūru, normatīvo aktu izpēti un statistisko datu analīzi, izvērtē Baltijas biržas un Latvijas uzņēmumu kapitāla struktūru, nosaka tās iezīmes un ietekmi uz darbības finanšu rezultātiem un, balstoties uz empīriskajiem rezultātiem, izstrādā priekšlikumus kapitāla struktūras pilnveidošanai. A utore izstrādā kapitāla struktūras rādītāju tipoloģiju, nošķirot finanšu un nefinanšu saistības , kā arī formulē un pamato uzņēmumu darbības finanšu rezultātus. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātu analīzi, izstrādātas rekomendācijas uzņēmumu vadītājiem attiecībā uz kapitāla struktūras izmantošanu darbības finanšu rezultātu pilnveidošanai. Promocijas darbs izklāstīts 23 9 lapās, tas ietver arī 51 tabulu, 5 4 attēlus u n 2 pielikumus. Izmantotās zinātniskās literatūras saraksts – 28 6 vienības. The Impact of Company Capital Structure on Corporate Financial Performance The author of the Promotion Paper, based on scientific literature, the exploration of legislation, and the analysis of statistical data, evaluates the capital structure of Latvian companies and companies traded on the Baltic Stock Exchange, determines its features and impact on corporate financial p erformance, and, based on the empirical results, works out recommendations on improving the capital structure. The author develops the typology of capital structure indicators, as well as substantiates the financial results of corporate performance. T he au thor puts forward recommendations to company managers on the subject of using capital structure to improve corporate financial performance. The Promotion Paper consists of 239 pages, it contains 51 tables, 54 figures and 2 annexes. The list of used scienti fic literature – 28 6 units.
