Bakalaura darba tēma – Urīna analīžu savākšanas metodes ietekme uz tās rezultātu pacientiem ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka X traumatoloģijas profila stacionārā aktualizējusies problēma par bieži sastopamu urīnceļu infekciju pacientiem ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu. Darba autorei, konsultējoties ar stacionāra ārstiem, radās aizdomas ka šāda problēma rodas izvēloties nepareizu urīna analīzes savākšanas tehniku. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt urīna analīzes parauga savākšanas metodes ietekmi uz tās rezultātu, pacientiem ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi – literatūras analīze, urīna paraugu savākšanas metožu apskats, urīnpūšļa kateterizācijas standartu salīdzināšana. Izvirzītais pētniecības jautājums – kā urīna analīzes parauga savākšanas metode ietekmē tās rezultātu? Darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments – analīžu rezultātu protokols. Pētījuma mērķis un izvirzītie uzdevumi sasniegti – noskaidrots, ka ar katetru ņemta urīna analīze precīzāk atspoguļo rezultātu. Pacients saņem mērķtiecīgu terapiju. Izslēgta nevajadzīga antibakteriālā terapija, un paaugstināta drošība stacionēšanās laikā. Kā papildus novērojums pētījumā laikā parādījās tas, ka X traumatoloģijas profila stacionārā izstrādātā analgēzijas shēma ir pietiekama, ja pacientiem ar ierobežotu mobilitāti pirmajās stacionēšanas stundās ievieto urīna ilgkatetru. Bachelor’s thesis theme - Urinalysis collecting methods impact on its results of patients with femoral neck fractures. Actuality of the theme is determined by X traumatology profile stationary hospital topical problem of frequently occurring urinary tract infection in patients with femoral neck fractures. The author, in consultation with the hospital doctors, began to suspect that this problem occurs because of choosing the wrong urine collection techniques. The aim of this thesis is to explore and analyze the urine sample collection methods impact on the outcome of patients with femoral neck fractures. To achieve the aim there were raised a number of tasks - literary analysis, review of a urine sample collection methods, bladder catheterisation standards comparison. The target question of the research - how urine sample collection method affect the result? The authors used a qualitative research method in this thesis, the research tool – protocols of the results of analyzes. The study aims and the tasks were achieved – results revealed that the urinanalysis taken with cathteter more accurately reflects the result. The patient receives a targeted therapy. Eliminated unnecessary antibacterial therapy, and increased security during hospitalization time. As an additional observation during the study it appeared that the analgesia scheme developed in X traumatology profile stationary hospital is sufficient in patients with reduced mobility if during the first hours of hospitalization there has been placed urinary catheter.
