Vadītājs un tā loma darba vides veidošanā izglītības iestādē cilvēkiem ar speciālām vajadzībām

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir "Vadītājs un tā loma darba vides veidošanā izglītības iestādē cilvēkiem ar speciālām vajadzībām". Darba autore Lana Andersone, darba vadītājs Andris Grīnfelds. Tā kā mūsdienu sabiedrībā aktuāls ir jautājums par veiksmīgu izglītības iestādi cilvēkiem ar īpašām vajadzībām, tad šī jautājuma aktualitāte noteica arī maģistra darba tēmas izvēli. Darba autore izvirzīja hipotēzi, ka kompetents vadītājs, izmantojot savas kompetences, veido pozitīvu un atbalstošu vidi gan pedagogiem, gan audzēkņiem. Pētījuma objekts bija skolas „X” un “Y” mācību vide, savukārt pētījuma mērķis ir konstatēt vadītājam nepieciešamās kompetences efektīvas skolas darba vides veidošanas procesā. Darba sākumā darba autore izvirzīja uzdevumus- studēt teorētiskās nostādnes par skolas mācību vidi un vadītāja lomu tās pilnveidošanā, kā arī veikt „X” un „Y” skolas vides analīzi. Pētījuma gaitā darba autore noskaidroja, ka skolas direktors, izmantojot savas kompetences, veido pozitīvu un atbalstošu vidi gan pedagogiem, gan audzēkņiem, jo vadītājs ir tas, kurš var nodrošināt labvēlīgu gaisotni. Tāpēc vadītājam ir jādomā par kolektīva saliedēšanu un iesaistīšanu lēmumu pieņemšanā, kā arī līdzatbildību par vides veidošanu. Master’s thesis topic is ’’ Leader and its role in the work environment creation in educational institution for people with special needs.’’ The author of the work Lana Andersone, work adviser Andris Grīnfelds. As modern society is an issue for a successful educational institution for people with special needs, the topicality of the issue was also master of the theme choices. The author hypothesized that a competent leader, using its expertise, creating a positive and supportive environment for both educators and students. Research object was the school "X" and "Y" learning environment, while the study aims are to determine the driver the necessary competencies for effective school environment for the process. Work at the beginning, the author gave tasks- study theoretical approaches regarding the school environment and the leader's role in its development, as well as the "X" and "Y" "schools environmental analysis During the studies the author found that the school principal, using his powers, are creating a positive and supportive environment for both educators and learners, because the driver is the one who can provide a positive atmosphere, that is why adviser has to think in terms of team-building and involvement in decision-making, as the ownership of the environment.
