Nacionālās identitātes izpausme sakāmvārdos: franču un spāņu vienību salīdzinošā analīze

Abstract

Pētījums “Nacionālās identitātes izpausme sakāmvārdos: franču un spāņu vienību salīdzinošā analīze” iepazīstina ar divām nacionālajām identitātēm, proti, franču un spāņu. Problemātika sastāv no tā, kā iespējams raksturot nacionālo identitāti ar sakāmvārdu palīdzību, kā arī varbūtību, ka sakāmvārdi patiešām atspoguļo nacionālo identitāti. Pētījuma mērķis ir raksturot nacionālo identitāti Francijā un Spānijā, balstoties uz izstrādāto korpusu jeb analizējamo materiālu. Korpuss sastāv no franču sakāmvārdiem kas kalpos kā bāze spāņu ekvivalentu meklēšanā. Pētījumā tiks pildīti šādi uzdevumi: 1) Izveidot sapratni par to, ko nozīmē nacionālās identitātes koncepts, balstoties uz citu pētnieku veiktajām analīzēm. 2) Noteikt, ko nozīmē sakāmvārda koncepts balstoties uz citu pētnieku veiktajām analīzēm, kā arī uzskaitīt problēmas, kas saistītas ar šo konceptu. 3) Korpusa un metodoloģijas izstrāde ar mērķi noskaidrot vai un kā divu dažādu nacionalitāšu sakāmvārdi atšķiras. 4) Analizēt iegūtos rezultātus, balstoties uz izstrādāto korpusu un izdarīt secinājumus, kas saistīti ar pētījuma analīzi. Rezultāti parāda, ka nacionālo identitāti tik tiešām iespējams noteikt ar sakāmvārdu palīdzību. Kopīgās īpašības ir atrodamas, taču tas tieši atšķirības un sakāmvārdu iztrūkums ir tas, kas parāda katras identitātes dažādumu.

The research “The utterance of national identity in proverbs: French and Spanish unity comparative analysis” proposes to get to know two national identities – the French and the Spanish. The problematic consists of how to determine the national identity by the use of proverbs and the probability that the proverbs are actually a manifestation of national identity. The aims consist of the characterisation of the national identity in France and in Spain based on the analysis of created proverb corpus. The corpus contains the French proverbs as as fundament which will help finding the Spanish equivalents. There are different tasks in for this research: 1)Develop an understanding of what the concept of national identity means based on analysis of other researchers’ works. 2)Identification of the proverb concept with the help of other researchers’ works and the listing of the problems that go together with this concept. 3)Corpus and methodology development in order to find and see if and how the proverbs of two different nationalities differ. 4)Analyse the results based on the developed corpus and make conclusions according to the results. The results show that it is actually possible to determine national identity with help of proverbs. There are commonalities, nevertheless it is the difference and lack of proverbs that show the ambiguity of each identity.
