Abstract

Darbā „Veho SIA saimnieciskās darbības analīze” tiek pētīts auto tirdzniecības nozares uzņēmums Veho, lai noskaidrotu uzņēmuma finansiālo situāciju un iespējamās attīstības prognozes, kas var kalpot uzņēmuma turpmākās darbības lēmumu pieņemšanā. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma Veho būtiskākos saimnieciskās darbības ietekmējošos faktorus pamatojoties uz finanšu analīzes un SVID analīzes rezultātiem un izstrādāt priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarbā ir piecas nodaļas un 14 apakšnodaļas. Teorētiskajā daļa aptver informāciju par rādītājiem un to aprēķiniem, kam uzreiz seko praktiskie aprēķini un analīze. Praktiskajā daļā ir salīdzināti Veho rādītāji ar konkurenta un nozares vidējiem rādītājiem. Uz uzņēmuma bilances, peļņas zaudējuma aprēķina, finanšu rādītāju un maksātspējas prognožu modeļu rezultātu pamata tiek veidoti secinājumi un atbilstoši priekšlikumi. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 72 lapaspusēm, 14 tabulām, 20 attēliem un 18 formulām.

Thesis “Analysis of the Economic Activity of Veho SIA” contains a study on the car trading company Veho, performed to identify the company’s financial situation and consider the possible development forecasts, which might be useful in the company’s future decision-making. The thesis aims to explore the key factors influencing the economic activity of Veho, based on the results of a financial analysis and a SWOT analysis, and to develop proposals for the improvement of the company’s economic activity. The thesis contains 5 chapters and 14 sections. The theoretical part covers various indicators and calculations, followed by practical calculations and analysis. The practical part compares the results of Veho with the results of competitors and industry averages. Conclusions and proposals were made based on the company’s balance sheet, profit and loss statement, financial ratios and solvency forecast models. The thesis consists of 72 pages, 14 tables, 20 pictures and 18 formulas.
