SIA "Grants" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “SIA “Grants” finanšu analīze”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt finanšu analīzi un izvirzīt priekšlikumus SIA “Grants” darbības pilnveidošanai. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētītas būvniecības nozares tendences, otrajā nodaļā izklāstīts uzņēmuma vispārīgs raksturojums un saimnieciskās darbības principi. Trešajā nodaļā autore apskata un apkopo finanšu analīzes teorētiskos aspektus. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek veikta horizontālā un vertikālā analīze bilancei un peļņas vai zaudējumu pārskatam, kā arī tiek veikta koeficientu analīze. Noslēgumā autore izvirza secinājumus un priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarba izstrādē tiek pielietotas sekojošas pētījuma metodes: aprakstošā, analīzes, datus salīdzinošā un grafiskā metode. Diplomdarba izstrādes process pamatojas uz zinātnisko literatūru, LR normatīvajiem aktiem, internetā publiski pieejamajiem resursiem, kā arī SIA “Grants” mājas lapā pieejamo informāciju. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 72 lappuses, 5 tabulām, 20 attēliem, 31 literatūras avotiem un 7 pielikumiem. Atslēgvārdi: finanšu analīze, būvniecības nozare, likviditāte, rentabilitāte, maksātspēja.

Theme of Diploma paper is “The financial analysis of “Grants” LTD”. Goal of Diploma paper is to perform financial analysis and forward proposals for the improvement of “Grants” LTD business. Tendencies of construction sector have been researched in the first unit, but general description of company and principles of its economic activities have been provided in the second unit. In the third unit the author reviews and summarizes theoretical aspects of financial analysis. Horizontal and vertical analysis of balance and profit and loss statement, as well as analysis of coefficients has been provided in the fourth unit. In the final part of Diploma paper the author draws conclusions and forwards proposals for the improvement of economic activities. Following research methods have been applied in Diploma paper: descriptive, analysis, data comparing and graphical method. Process of the development of Diploma paper has been based on scientific literature, legal acts of the Republic of Latvia, public resources available in the internet and information provided in the website of SIA “Grants”. Diploma paper is composed on 72 page, includes 5 tables, 20 images, 31 literature sources and 7 appendices. Key words: financial analysis, construction sector, liquidity, profitability, insolvency.
