Problemātika, kas saistīta ar ievešanu nekustamā īpašuma valdījumā galvenokārt, izriet no tā, ka jaunais ieguvējs, iegādājoties nekustamo īpašumu, nezina, vai tam būs šķēršli šī īpašuma lietošanai, kā arī kādas personas un uz kāda pamata atrodas nekustamajā īpašumā. Savukārt, trešajām personām, piemēram, īrniekiem nav iespējas uzzināt ne tikai par notiekošo īpašnieku maiņu, bet arī par uzsākto jaunā ieguvēja ievešanu nekustamā īpašuma valdījumā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un raksturot ievešanas valdījumā īpatnības, kā arī noteikt tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas šajos jautājumos un izteikt priekšlikumus šo problēmu risināšanai. Darba rezultātā tiek izdarīti vairāki secinājumi par tiesību normu regulējumu nepilnībām, kā arī izteikti vairāki grozījumu priekšlikumi Civilprocesa likumā un likumā „Par dzīvojamo telpu īri”, kā rezultātā padarītu šo izpildu darbību efektīvāku. Problems, that are connected with the importation of property in the possession, most of the times are based on that new receiver, buying property, do not know if there will be any obstacles to the use of this property, and if there are any other person in the real estate. Meantime third-party, for example: tenants can‟t find out if the owner of real estate is changed and that the new importation of property in the possession is in process. The goal is to research and describe the importation of property in the possession particularities, and identify legal regulation problems as well as making suggestions to resolve these problems. In the final there are made several conclusions about law regulation and their flaws, and made several amendment suggestions in Civil procedure law and in the law On Residential Tenancy, resulting more efficiency in this action.
