Pusaudžu akadēmisko sasniegumu saistība ar problemātisku interneta lietošanu un pašregulāciju

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot saistību starp akadēmiskiem sasniegumiem, problemātisku interneta lietošanu un pašregulāciju pusaudžiem. Mērķa noskaidrošanai tika pielietotas trīs metodes. 1) Pusaudžu pašregulācijas aptauja (Adolescent Self-Regulatory Inventory) (Bandy, Moore, 2010). 2) Interneta atkarības aptauja (Internet Addiction Questionaire), (Joung, 1996). 3) Akadēmiskie sasniegumi tika noteikti ar vidējo atzīmi matemātikā un vidējo atzīmi latviešu valodā. Ar aptauju palīdzību tika noskaidrota saistība starp akadēmiskiem sasniegumiem, problemātisku interneta lietošanu un pašregulāciju pusaudžiem. Pētījuma grupu veido 71 respondents (M=11.86; SD=0.81), no kuriem 38 zēni un 33 meitenes. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka akadēmiskiem sasniegumiem ir statistiski nozīmīga saistība ar pašregulāciju un problemātisku interneta lietošanu. Pastāv negatīva statistiski nozīmīga korelācija starp problemātisku interneta lietošanu un pašregulāciju, pozitīva statistiski nozīmīga korelācija starp vidējo atzīmi matemātikā un vidējo atzīmi latviešu valodā.

The aim of paper work is to establish a link of Adolescents between the academic achievements, problematic Internet use and self-regulation. The target of the three methods were applied. 1) statistics on Adolescent Self-Regulatory Inventory (Bandy & Moore, 2010). 2) Internet Addiction Questionaire, (Joung, 1996). 3) academic achievements were set with average math scores and grade point average in the Latvian language. With the surveys were established relationship between the academic achievements of pupils, problematic Internet use and self-regulation. The group consists of 71 respondent, (M=11.86; SD=0.81), 38 of them are boys, 33 girls. The research results show that academic achievement is a statistically significant relationship with self-regulation and problematic Internet use. There is a statistically significant negative correlation between problematic use of the internet and self-regulation, a positive statistically significant correlation between the average grade in mathematics and average grade in Latvian.
