11.klases skolēnu valodas kompetences pilnveide ar balsta konspektu palīdzību latviešu valodas stundās

Abstract

Diplomdarba uzmanības centrā ir zinātniskās pieredzes un autores pētnieciskās darbības rezultātu apkopojums par vidusskolas skolēnu balsta konspektu veidošanu un izmantošanu latviešu valodas stundās. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka pēdējo desmit gadu laikā ir ievērojami pazeminājies Latvijas skolēnu valodas kompetences līmenis pirmajā un otrajā valodā. Tas nozīmē, ka pedagogiem ir nepieciešams, no vienas puses, noskaidrot līmeņa pazeminājuma iemeslus, no otrās puses – meklēt efektīvus didaktiskus ceļus šīs problēmas risināšanai. Diplomdarba autore uzskata, ka par vienu no efektīvākajiem didaktiskajiem risinājumiem var kļūt aktīvā balsta konspektu iekļaušana mācību procesā. Veiksmīgu balsta konspektu veidošana un pielietošana latviešu valodas stundās sekmē skolēnu gramatisko spēju attīstīšanu, līdz ar to arī valodas kompetences pilnveidošanu. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt balsta konspektu didaktisko izmantošanas iespēju analīzi 11. klases skolēnu valodas kompetences pilnveidošanai latviešu valodas stundās. Diplomdarba uzdevumi: 1)izpētīt skolēnu valodas kompetences pilnveidošanas, balsta konspektu veidošanas un izmantošanas jautājumus, balstoties uz zinātniskās un didaktiskās literatūras analīzi; 2)veidot izmēģinājumdarbībā iesaistīto 11.klases skolēnu pedagoģiski psiholoģisko portretu; 3)raksturot valodas skolotāju, kā arī 11. un 12. klases skolēnu balsta konspektu izmantošanas pieredzi; 4)izstrādāt didaktisko materiālu ar balsta konspektu izmantošanu par dažādām valodas tēmām un aprobēt to 11. un 12. klasē latviešu valodas stundās; 5)apkopot iegūtos rezultātus un izstrādāt secinājumus. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai ir izmantotas šādas metodes: •zinātniskās un didaktiskās literatūras analīze; •anketēšana; •saruna; •pedagoģiskais izmēģinājums; •datu apstrādes metodes. Diplomdarba izstrādes laikā meklētas atbildes uz šādiem jautājumiem: 1)Kas ietilpst skolēnu valodas kompetences saturā? 2)Kas ir skolēnu gramatiskā spēja? 3)Ar kādām grūtībām sastopas skolēni, pilnveidojot valodas kompetenci valodu stundās? 4)Kāda loma ir valodas tēmām veltītiem balsta konspektiem skolēnu valodas kompetences pilnveidošanā? 5)Kāda ir skolēnu pieredze darbā ar balsta konspektiem un kāda ir viņu attieksme pret tiem? Pētījuma rezultātā veikti secinājumi par dažādu metožu izmantošanas efektivitāti latviešu valodas stundās valodas kompetences pilnveidei.

The subject of this bachelor paper “Framework Notes to Improve Linguistic Competence in Latvian Language Lessons in Form 11” are the research experiences and the author’s study result summary on the topic of creation and use of the framework notes in Latvian language lessons in general secondary education forms. The actuality of the study is due to the fact, that over the last decade there has been a notable decrease in the level of linguistic competence among Latvian pupils, related to the acquisition of the first and second language. Therefore, it has become a necessity for teachers to investigate the causes of the decrease, as well as to search for the effective didactic solutions to approach the problem. The author of the research claims, that one of the most effective didactic solutions to address the problem is the active inclusion of the framework notes in the educational process. Creating a good and proven framework notes and using it productively can contribute to the improvement of Latvian grammar skills among pupils, thereby increase the level of linguistic competence in general. The goal of the study is to analyse the potential of the framework notes to increase the level of linguistic competence among pupils in Latvian language lessons in form 11. The tasks of the research are: 1)to study the theoretical and didactic material related to the creation and use of the framework notes and the improvement of linguistic competence in modern schools; 2)to create a pedagogical and psychological profile of the 11th form pupils involved in the research; 3)to describe both the Latvian language teacher’s and 11th and 12th form pupil’s experiences of using the framework notes; 4)to develop didactic material for the use of the framework notes relevant to various Latvian language learning themes and to approve it in Latvian language lessons in the 11th and 12th form; 5)to summarise the results of the study and draw a conclusion. The following methods were used in order to achieve the goal of the research: •analysis of theoretical and didactic literature; •survey; •discourse; •pedagogical intervention; •statistical data analysis. During the study the following questions were addressed: 1)What are the components of pupil’s linguistic competence? 2)What are the pupil’s grammar skills? 3)What challenges pupils face when improving their linguistic competence in Latvian language lessons? 4)What is the role of the framework notes relevant to various Latvian language learning themes in the process of improving the linguistic competence? 5)What are the levels of experience in creating and using the framework notes among pupils and what is their attitude towards them? In the conclusion of the study the observations on the effectivenes of various methods of improving pupil’s linguistic competence are revealed.
