Pedagoga un atbalsta personāla sadarbība skolēnu daudzveidīgo mācīšanās vajadzību noteikšanā vakarskolā

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Pedagoga un atbalsta personāla sadarbība skolēnu daudzveidīgo mācīšanās vajadzību noteikšanā vakarskolā” izvirzītais mērķis ir, izanalizējot pieejamos dokumentus, pētījumus un apkopojot veikto interviju rezultātus, atspoguļot esošo situāciju pedagogu un atbalsta personāla sadarbībā skolēnu daudzveidīgo mācīšanās vajadzību noteikšanā Ventspils vakara vidusskolā un izstrādāt ieteikumus produktīvas sadarbības veicināšanai. Mērķis sasniedzams, izpētot starptautisko regulējumu un Latvijas tiesību aktus par izglītības pieejamību, izanalizējot starptautisko pētījumu ,,labās prakses” rezultātus, ar aptauju un interviju palīdzību noskaidrojot reālo situāciju pedagogu un atbalsta personāla sadarbībā Ventspils vakara vidusskolā.Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek skaidroti tādi jēdzieni kā ‘atbalsta personāls/komanda’ ‘mācīšanās vaadzības’, tiek pamatota skolotāju un atbalsta personāla sadarbības nepieciešamība, aprakstīti esošie sadarbības modeļi Latvijā. Tāpat teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizētas dažādās mācīšanās vajadzības gan vēsturiskajā kontekstā, gan mūsdienu izpratnē.Empīriskajā daļā tiek izanalizēti aptauju un interviju rezultāti, kas liecina par esošo situāciju skolotāju un atbalsta personāla sadarbībā Ventspils vakara vidusskolā.Nobeigumā tiek piedāvāts Ventspils vakara vidusskolai un skolām ar līdzīgu specifiku piemērotākais atbalsta personāla un skolotāju, kā arī vecāku un skolēnu sadarbības modelis, programma.Maģistra darba izstrādes procesā izmantoti starptautiskie un nacionālie normatīvie tiesību akti, pedagoģiskā literatūra, pētījumi un pedagoģiskā pieredze.Maģistra darba apjoms ir 83 lappuses.

The goal of master thesis “Teaching and support staff co-operation of students diverse learning needs an evening school” is to reflect the present situation in cooperation of a teacher and support personnel in Ventspils secondary evening school by analysing available documents and investigations, and by summarizing the results of surveys, as well as to work out suggestions for development of efficient cooperation. The goal can be achieved by studying international and national legal acts about availability of educational system, analysing good practise results of international investigations, and with interviews and surveys clarifying real situation in cooperation of teachers and support personnel in Ventspils secondary evening school. Master thesis theoretical part explains concepts of “support staff/team”, “learning needs”, justifies the necessity of cooperation between teachers and support staff, describes the existing cooperation models in Latvia. Also it analyses diverse learning needs in historical and also today’s understanding. The empirical part analyses the results of surveys and interviews which describe the current situation in collaboration between teachers and support staff in Ventspils Evening school. The conclusion proposes the most appropriate model and program of collaboration between support staff and teacher, as wel las between parents and students for Ventspils Evening school and other educational instituions with similar specifics. International and national legal acts, literature on pedagogy, investigations and pedagogical experience are used for developing master thesis. Master thesis consists of 83 pages.
