Abstract
„Darba vides pārvaldības pilnveidošana dīzeļlokomotīvju mašīnistu darbā”. Darba autore: Anete Alksne. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: asoc. profesors, Dr. sc. admin., Eur. Erg. Henrijs Kaļķis. Darbs izklāstīts uz 111 lpp., ietver 43 attēlus, 15 tabulas, 14 pielikumus, 129 informatīvos avotus. Maģistra darbs sastāv no piecām daļām. Pirmā daļa ietver darba vides kvalitātes un darba vides pārvaldības teorētiskos aspektus, kā arī ilgtspējīgas darba vides pārvaldības koncepciju. Sniegts teorētisks pārskats par darba vides riskiem un vides kvalitātes aspektu mijiedarbība ar darba vides riskiem dīzeļlokomotīves mašīnistu un mašīnistu palīgu darbā. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes, bet trešajā daļā sniegti galvenie pētījuma rezultāti, analizēti iegūtie rezultāti un identificētās likumsakarības. Ceturtā daļā, darba autore izstrādā darba vides pārvaldības modeli, nosakot galvenās darba vides pārvaldības komponentes. Piektajā daļā, balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izstrādāti darba aizsardzības pasākumi darba vides pārvaldības pilnveidošanai un ieteikumi veselības veicināšanai. Maģistra darba noslēgumā formulēti secinājumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas. Fizikālo un traumatiska darba vides risku analīzē izmantota Somijas 5 baļļu matricas metode. Ergonomisko risku analīze veikta pēc ergonomisko risku ātrās ekspozīcijas kontroles metodes, ķīmisko risku analīze pēc Austrijas metodes ķīmisko risku novērtēšanas un psihoemocionālie darba vides riski analizēti izmantojot Kopenhāgenas psihosociālo aptaujas metodi. Rezultāti parāda, ka kompleksa darba vides pārvaldības sistēmas izpratne un organizēšana uzņēmumā darbiniekiem var radīt drošu un veselībai nekaitīgu darba vidi.

The Master’s Thesis contains 111 pages, including 43 figures, 15 tables, 14 annexes and 129 information sources. Master's work consists of five parts. In the first part, there are analysed theoretical research aspects, working environment quality and working environment management, working environment of sustainable management conception. This part provided a theoretical overview of the work environment risks and environmental quality aspects of interaction with the working environment risks diesel locomotives of drivers and drivers' assistants work. In the second part, there are described the methods used in research. In the third part, there are analysed and describing research results, then identified regularities. In the fourth part, the author develops the Working environment management model, identifies the main working environment management components. Based on the results obtained, the fifth part consists of occupational health and safety system measures that to improve working environment management and includes recommendations for health promotion. At the end there are expressed conclusion and given practical recommendations. Physical and traumatic workplace risk analysis used the Finnish five-point matrix. Based on ergonomic risk quick exposure control method, there are done ergonomic risk analysis and based on the Austrian method of chemical risks – author made chemical risks analysis. The Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire method shows psycho-emotional work environment risks are analysed. The results show that the complex working environment management systems understanding and organization allow employees of company create a safe and healthy working environment.
