Kombinētie darba vides riski pārtikas ķīmijas nozares laboratorijās, preventīvie pasākumi darba aizsardzībā

Abstract

Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par ķīmijas laboratoriju darba vides raksturojumu un nozares vispārējo stāvokli Latvijā, iekļaujot statistikas datus par arodnegadījumiem Latvijas un ārzemju laboratorijās. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā ir iegūto datu apkopošana un rezultātu analīzes izklāsts. Izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka pētītās laboratorijas vispārējā risku novērtējumā ir pieņemams risks, II riska pakāpe. Izstrādātas praktiskās rekomendācijas darba vides riska pakāpes samazināšanai. Izmantotās metodes: Somijas 5 baļļu metode, Austrijas matrica ķīmisko risku novērtēšanai un darbinieku aptauja (vispārēja risku apzināšana, darbaspēju indekss, psiholoģiskais klimats un stresa līmenis).

Literature review summarizes evaluation study of the chemical laboratory work environment and the overall characteristics of the industry's conditions in Latvia, including statistics of occupational accidents in Latvian and foreign laboratories. The second part describes used research methods, and the third part describes data collection and analysis of results. Preventive measures have been developed. The obtained results of the risk assessment research in the studied laboratory suggest that the general risk value comply with the II degree, which is an acceptable risk. Practical recommendations for the reduction of environmental-risks have been developed. Methods applied include as follows: the Finnish 5-point method, the Austrian chemical risk assessment matrix and employee questionnaires (general risk identification, work ability index, psychological climate and stress level indexes).
