Abstract
Mākslīgos apstākļos audzētas spirulīnas (A. Platensis) ķīmiskais sastāvs. Vītols J., darba vadītājs Dr. ķīm.,asoc. prof. Jākobsone I. Maģistra darbs 45 lappuses, 3 attēli, 3 tabulas, 59 literatūras avoti, 6 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbā tika noteikts mākslīgos apstākļos audzētas aļģes “Spirulīna” ķīmiskais sastāva analīze. Tika noteikts olbaltumvielu, tauku, ogļhidrātu, minerālvielu, kopējo fenola savienojumu saturs. Tāpat arī kvantitatīvi noteikts dažādu pigmentu – hlorofils a un b, karotinoīdu sastāvs. Un kvalitatīvi noteikts zilais pigments – fikocianīns. Darba gaitā tika izaudzēta aļģe Arthrospira Platensi, kuras sastāvs tika izvērtēts.

Chemical analysis of artifically grow algae “Spirulina” was made. Protein, fat, carbohydrates, minerals and the total phenolic coupounds was determined.
