Laika un atskaišu apkopošanas sistēma ar "JIRA" integrāciju

Abstract

Šis dokuments ir Latvijas Universitātes Datorikas fakultātes kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros iz- strādātā projekta ”Laika un atskaišu sistēma ar ”JIRA” integrāciju” dokumentācija, kas sastāv no programmatūras prasību specifikācijas, datu bāzes projektējuma un ārējās saskarnes apraksta. Izstrādātās informācijas sistēmas mērķis ir nodrošināt programmatūras izstrādāšanas kompāni- jām ērtu veidu, kā klientus informēt par padarīto darbu un tam patērēto laiku. Sistēma sastāv no četriem moduļiem: 1. Lietotāju modulis, kas nodrošina pieteikšanos un tiesību sadalījumu; 2. Darba žurnāla modulis, kas ļauj saņemt informāciju par ”Jira” reģistrētajām atskaitēm un mainīt to komentārus, neatstājot informācijas sistēmas vietni; 3. Klientu modulis, kas uztur informāciju par eksistējošiem klientiem, projektiem un saistību starp tiem; 4. Kopsavilkuma modulis, kas ļauj projektu vadītājiem apkopot izstrādātāju saglabāto infor- māciju par paveikto darbu un tālāk to nosūtīt uz klientu e-pastiem.

Time and report gathering system with ”JIRA” integration This document, developed for a qualification paper in Faculty of Computing, University of Latvia, is a project documentation for ”Time and report gathering system with ”JIRA” integ- ration”. It consists of software requirements specification, database design and user interface design. The purpose of the information system is to provide software development companies with a convenient way to inform its clients about the accomplished work and time spent on it. System consists of three modules: 1. User module, which provides authentication and manages privileges; 2. Worklog module, which provides the option to retrieve and update report comments saved in ”JIRA” without leaving the site of information system; 3. Client module, which holds the information about clients, projects and their relationships; 4. Summary module, which lets project managers gather information about the accomplished work and time spent on it by developers and deliver it to clients through e-mail.
