Abstract
Diplomdarba mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālās darbības pilnveidošanai, par pamatu izmantojot SIA CrossChem finanšu analīzi. Mērķa sasniegšanai autore izvirzīja šādus uzdevumus: veikt SIA CrossChem finansiālo analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus un veikt priekšlikumus. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām daļām: īss raksturojums par uzņēmuma darbību, teorētiskais aspekts, ka arī praktiskā daļa, kur tiek pielietotas teorētiskās daļas formulas. Pēc iegūtiem rezultātiem autore var izsecināt, kā uzņēmumam 2012. un 2013. gadā bija finansiālās grūtības, 2014.gadā un 2015.gadā rādītāji uzlabojās, tomēr uzņēmums vēl nav finansiāli stabils. The aim of Diploma is to develop proposals to improve company’s financial performance, based on CrossChem Ltd. financial analysis. To achieve the aim, the author sett following objectives: prepare CrossChem Ltd. financial analysis, to draw conclusions and make proposals. Diploma consists of four parts: a brief description of the company's operations, the theoretical aspects as well as the practical part, in which are used formulas of the theoretical part. According to the research, the author can conclude that in year 2012 and 2013 company had financial difficulties, in 2014 and 2015 performance improved, but the company is not yet financially stable.
