Jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas Latvijā un Eiropas Savienībā

Abstract

Jauniešu nodarbinātība ir viens no svarīgākajiem faktoriem valsts attīstībā, jaunieši ir mūsu nākotne. Diplomdarba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz Latvijas un ārvalstu ekspertu intervijām, jauniešu aptauju, identificēt galvenās jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus jauniešu integrēšanai darba tirgū Latvijā. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti uzdevumi: analizēt teoriju par nodarbinātību, bezdarbu; analizēt statistiskos datus par vispārēju un jauniešu nodarbinātību, bezdarbu Latvijā, Eiropas Savienībā, pasaulē; veikt ekspertu intervijas; veikt jauniešu aptauju; veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus jauniešu integrēšanai darba tirgū Latvijā. Darbā izmantota kvalitatīva un kvantitatīva pētīšanas metode, lai noteiktu būtiskākās jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas darba tirgū, to iespējamos risinājumus.

Youth employment is one of the most important factors in every countries development, young people are our future. The objective of this research is based on Latvian expert and foreign expert interviews and youth survey, identify youth employment problems, draw up proposals for youth integration into the labor market in Latvia. To achieve target, author set tasks: analyze theory about employment, unemployment; analyze statistical data on employment, unemployment; carry out expert interviews; youth survey about employment trends, challenges and solutions; to take conclusions and to draw up proposals for improving youth integration into the labor market. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used, which allowed to identify most important youth employment problems in labor market and possible solutions.
