Azartspēļu biznesa izpēte Latvijā

Abstract

Darbs veltīts tēmai „Azartspēļu biznesa izpēte Latvijā”. Temata izvēles iemesls ir tāds, ka autora pašreizējā profesija saistīta ar šo biznesu (tiešsaistes spēļu operators), turklāt šī tēma ir ļoti aktuāla, jo azartspēļu bizness Latvijā pašlaik ļoti strauji attīstās un pēdējo piecu gadu laikā šajā industrijā ienākuši jau minētie tiešsaistes kazino, kas guvuši lielu popularitāti un sniedz lielu skaitu darba vietu. Sākumā darbā apskatīta azartspēļu biznesa attīstība Latvijā, vairāk pievēršoties pirmssākumiem, tiesiskajai bāzei un ietekmei uz valsts budžetu. Tālāk darbā apskatīta uzņēmuma SIA „Euro Live Technologies” attīstība – vispārējā, kā arī apgrozījuma izpēte. Sekojoši uzmanība vērsta uzņēmuma SIA „Euro Live Technologies” finansiālās darbības analīzei no 2013. līdz 2015. gadam. Veikta bilances analīze, peļņas un zaudējuma aprēķina analīze, naudas plūsmas un rentabilitātes izpēte, kā arī SVID analīze. Darbs izstrādāts balstoties uz Latvijas Republikas likumdošanas dokumentiem, interneta materiāliem, uzņēmuma neoficiālajiem materiāliem, vietējo un ārzemju autoru literatūras, kas apskatīti 24 tabulās un 15 attēlos.

The title of the thesis is „Research of Gambling Business in Latvia ". The reason for the choice of the theme is that the author’s current profession is connected with this business (online game operator) and the theme is very topical because gambling business in Latvia is currently developing very rapidly, and in the last five years the online casinos have come into this industry. They have gained great popularity and provided a large number of workplaces. At first, the thesis deals with the gambling business development in Latvia, focusing on the beginnings, the legal basis and the impact on the state budget. Next the thesis deals with the general development and the research of the turnover of the company "Euro Live Technologies LTD". Subsequently the thesis focuses on the financial performance analysis of the company "Euro Live Technologies LTD" from 2013 to 2015. The author has conducted the analysis of balance sheet, the analysis of profit and loss statement, studies of cash flow and profitability, as well as a SWOT analysis. The thesis has been based on the legislation documents of the Republic of Latvia, Internet materials, the company's unofficial materials, local and foreign literature sources and they are shown in 24 tables and 15 images.
