Gaļas un mājputnu gaļas produktu ražošanas uzņēmumu konkurētspēja Latvijā

Abstract

Valsts potenciāls un tautsaimniecības ilgtspējīga konkurētspēja lielā mēra ir atkarīga no nozarēm un uzņēmumiem, kas arī veido šo tautsaimniecību. Brīvā tirgus apstākļos, uzņēmumiem, kas vēlās veiksmīgi nodarboties ar uzņēmējdarbību, nepieciešams izprast kādi faktori ietekmē to darbību un konkurētspēju. Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatīta gaļas un mājputnu gaļas produktu ražošanas nozares uzņēmuma SIA “G.A.L.” konkurētspēja. Tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi nozares attīstības paaugstināšanai kopumā un SIA “G.A.L.” konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām.  Pirmajā daļā tiek aplūkota konkurētspējas būtība, analīzes modeļi un rādītāji ar kuru palīdzību tiek novērtēta nozares un uzņēmuma konkurētspēja.  Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēti gaļas un mājputnu gaļas produktu ražošanas nozares faktori un aprēķināti konkurētspējas indeksi, kuri tiek salīdzināti ar citu valstu indeksiem.  Trešajā daļā tiek pētīti uzņēmuma attīstības rādītāji un uzņēmējdarbības vide. Tiek aprēķināti un interpretēti finanšu rādītāji. Balstoties uz veikto analīzi un pētījumu tika izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi nozares attīstības iespējamai paaugstināšanai un SIA “G.A.L.” konkurētspējas palielināšanai.

The Potential of the country and sustaining the economies competitiveness largely depends on the industries and companies that also make up the economy. In free market conditions, companies that want to successfully engage in business need to understand what factors influence their performance and competitiveness. In this Bachelor degree it deals with the meat and poultry product company G.A.L. Ltd. competitiveness. Proposals are being devised to increase the development of the sector as a whole and the company. The work consists of three parts: •The first part deals with the nature of competitiveness, analysis models and indicators to assist in evaluating the industry and the company's performance. •The second chapter analyzes the meat and poultry products industrial factors and calculated indices of competitiveness, which are compared with other countries' indices. •In the third part a study of business development and business environment indicators which are calculated and explained by key financial indicators. Based on the analysis and study, conclusions were reached and suggested proposals for development of the sector and the possibility of upgrading G.A.L. Ltd.
