Sistēmas alternatīvas un sabiedrības iesaistīšana atkritumu šķirošanā Jelgavas novadā

Atkritumu šķirošana ir viens no stūrakmeņiem aprites ekonomikas nodrošināšanā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt Jelgavas novada iedzīvotāju motivāciju šķirot atkritumus mājsaimniecībā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus dalīti savākto atkritumu īpatsvara palielināšanai. Tika noskaidrots, ka iedzīvotāju motivēšanai var izmantot trīs galvenos veidus – normatīvus, informēšanu un iesaistīšanu kopienā. Iedzīvotāju aptaujā Jelgavas novadā konstatēts, ka visbūtiskāk respondentus motivē informēšana par šķirošanas iespējām un nosacījumiem, ērta un pieejama atkritumu šķirošanas infrastruktūra, ekonomiskais labums. Darbs izstrādāts uz 59 lappusēm, tajā ir 16 attēli, 3 tabulas un 1 pielikums. Waste sorting is in the foundation of circular economy. The aim of this study is to find out what motivates the residents of Jelgava Municipality to sort their waste and to develop proposals to increase the share of separately collected waste. It was established that residents can be motivated using the three main ways – normative, information and people of common interests, communities. Survey showed that the best motivators are information about principles and places of sorting, convenient sorting infrastructure, economic benefits. Work consists of 59 pages, 16 pictures and graphs, 3 tables and 1 annex.
