Piesārņojošo vielu akumulācija Latvijas mežu augšņu O horizontā: telpiskais un temporālais aspekts

Abstract

Augsnes piesārņojums ar smagajiem metāliem ir aktuāla problēma gan Latvijā, gan pasaulē. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot 11 ķīmisko elementu: Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, V, Ni, Cr, Fe, Ca, Mg, K uzkrāšanos Latvijas priežu mežu augsnes O horizontā. Darbā izklāstīti augsnes galvenie piesārņojuma avoti, to izplatība un ietekme uz augsnes O horizontu, kā arī piesārņojuma akumulācija augsnes nedzīvajā zemsegā. Darbs sastāv no 4 galvenajām nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa ir literatūras apskats par atmosfēras un augsnes piesārņojuma avotiem, ķīmisko elementu uzkrāšanos augsnē un to ietekmējošajiem faktoriem, atmosfēras piesārņojuma izpēti Latvijā. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstīti materiāli un metodes. Trešā nodaļa balstīta uz ķīmisko elementu teritoriālās piesārņojuma izplatības kartēm, kur tās tiek salīdzinātas ar 20 gadu vecām piesārņojuma kartēm. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir diskusija, kurā tiek salīdzinātas un izskaidrotas smago metālu izmaiņas 20 gadu laikā. Darbs sastāv no 30 attēliem, 1 tabulas un 5 pielikumiem.

Soil pollution with heavy metals is an important issue both in Latvia and elsewhere in the world. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to determine the accumulation of 11 chemical elements: Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, V, Ni, Cr, Fe, Ca, Mg, K in the O horizon of pine wood soil in Latvia. The paper deals with the discussion of the main sources of pollution, their distribution and effect on the O horizon of soil, as well as the accumulation of pollution in the dead soil cover of the soil. The paper consists of 4 main chapters. The first chapter contains the literature review on the atmospheric and soil pollution sources, the accumulation of chemical elements in the soil and the factors influencing it, the study of atmospheric pollution in Latvia. The second chapter describes materials and methods. The third chapter is based on the maps of territorial pollution distribution of chemical elements where they are compared with 20 years-old pollution maps. The fourth chapter includes a comparison and explanation of the changes of heavy metals over 20 years. The thesis consists of 30 pictures, 1 table and 5 appendices.
