Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darbā “Administratīvo pārkāpumu noilgums” autore pēta Latvijā pastāvošo noilguma institūta normatīvo regulējumu. Izvēlētā darba temata aktualitāte ir saistīta ar to, ka Latvijā šis institūts ir samērā maz pētīts. Kaut gan paredz pamatu, lai atbrīvotu personu no atbildības. Tātad pastāv pamatota nepieciešamība rast izpratni par noilguma institūta būtību un piemērošanas regulējuma īpatnībām. Tādēļ pētāmajā darbā tika analizēta tiesu prakse, doktrīna un atsevišķu autoru viedoklis. Tostarp darba izstrādāšanas gaitā autore konstatēja atsevišķus ar noilguma regulējuma piemērošanu saistītus problēmjautājumus, kuriem tika piedāvāts atrisinājums. In the thesis "The statute of limitations for administrative offences" the author explores existing statue of limitation normative regulation. The relevance of the chosen topic arises from the fact that the institution in Latvia is poorly explored, even though it has a power to relieve a person of responsibility. Hence, a need for a deeper understanding of the institutions essence and applicatory peculiarities presents itself. Therefore, jurisprudence, doctrine and some of the other authors opinions were analyzed and concluded in the work. Furthermore, during the analysis a few problems concerning the application of the limitation regulation were found, for witch the author offers solutions.
