Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Pacientu ar traheostomu aprūpe stacionārā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pieaugošais pacientu skaits, kuriem tiek veiktas traheotomijas, un dažādie šādu pacientu aprūpes principi stacionārā, jo iztrūkst vienots aprūpes standarts šādu pacientu aprūpes principu ievērošanai. Pētījuma darba mērķis ir izpētīt aprūpi stacionārā pacientiem, kuriem ir ievietota traheostoma. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir izvirzīti uzdevumi izpētīt literatūru par traheostomām un pacientu aprūpes principiem pacientiem ar traheostomu. Analizēt V. Hendersones pamatvajadzību teorijas izmantošanu pētniecības darbā. Darbā tika izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kāda ir aprūpe pacientiem ar traheostomu stacionārā? Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, pielietojot divus pētniecības instrumentus: daļēji strukturēta intervija un strukturēts novērošanas protokols. Pētījuma iegūtie rezultāti pierāda, ka lielākā daļa māsu veic visas vajadzīgās manipulācijas - sekrēta atsūkšanu un traheostomas aprūpi pēc vajadzības, izmantojot slimnīcā izstrādātas vadlīnijas.

Bachelor thesis - Patients with tracheostome care hospital. The research work is to investigate hospital care for patients who are into tracheostome. Goal, tasks to explore the literature on tracheostome and nursing principles in patients with tracheostome. V. Henderson analyze the basic theory of the use of research. Work out in the research question: What is the care for patients with tracheostome hospital? The study used a qualitative research method using two research tools: semi-structured interview and structured observation protocol. The study results demonstrate that the biggest part of nurses do all of necessary manipulations – secretion suction and as needed tracheostome care, using the guidance of hospital.
