Māsas un vecāku sadarbība bērna sagatavošanā elektroencefalogrāfijas izmeklēšanai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - māsas un vecāku sadarbība bērna sagatavošanā elektroencefalogrāfijas izmeklēšanai. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka elktroencefalogrāfijas izemeklēšana ir viena no biežāk izmantotajām metodēm epilepsijas un citu lēkmjveidīgu stāvokļu diganostikai. EEG izmeklējums ir svarīgs arī uzvedības traucējumu, galvassāpju, valodas attīstības aiztures gadījumos un mācīšanās traucējumu noteikšanai. Darba mērķis ir izzināt un novērtēt vecāku, bērnu un māsas sadarbību bērna sagatavošanā elektroencefalogrāfijas izmeklējumam. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir veikt M.Levaines “Enerģijas saglabāšanas modelis” teorētisko analīzi, apkopot literatūru par elektroencefalogrāfijas izmeklējumu, veikt literatūras analīzi par māsu komunikācijas prasmēm, sadarbības nozīmi izmeklējuma veikšanai, izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus pētījuma veikšanai, veikt respondentu atlasi, veikt pētījumu un balstoties uz iegūtiem rezultātiem, izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kāds ir vecāku viedoklis, par sadarbību ar māsu bērna sagatavošanā elektroencefalogrāfijas izmeklējumam? 2.Kāds ir māsas viedoklis, par sadarbību ar bērnu un bērna vecākiem sagatavošanā elektroencefalogrāfijas izmeklējumam? 3.Kādi faktori traucē un kādi palīdz sagatavot un veikt elektroencefalogrāfijas izmeklējumu bērnam? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā metode - strukturēta intervija Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka viens no svarīgākajiem māsu darbības novērtējuma aspektiem ir māsas un berna vecāku sadarbība, kas vērsta uz pacienta - bērna labsajūtas nodrošināšanu.

This study is attempt to investigate the partnership between nurses and parents in the preparation of the child for electroencephalographic investigation. This studies topicality is determined by the electroencephalography examination which is one of the most common methods for the epilepsy and other fitful condition diagnostics. EEG examination is also important for investigation of behavioral disorders, headaches, different learning disorder determination and language development delay cases. This study aim is to identify and evaluate the parents, children and nurse cooperation, for the child electroencephalography examination preparation. The study aims to perform theoretical analysis of M.Levaines "Energy conservation model", summarize the literature about electroencephalography examination, make literature analysis about communication skills of nurses, see cooperation importance to perform examination, develop interview questions to implement the survey, take respondent selection, conduct a study which is based on the results, and draw conclusions. Study questions: 1.What is the parent’s opinion about children and nurse cooperation, for the child electroencephalography examination preparation? 2.What is the nurse opinion about children and nurse cooperation, for the child electroencephalography examination preparation? 3.What factors disturb and what helps to prepare and carry out for the child electroencephalography examination preparation? The research method: qualitative - structured interview. The survey results show that one of the most important evaluate aspects of the nurse performance is the parents and nurse cooperation, focused on the patient - a child's well-being.
