Sievietes lēmums neatgriezties darbā pēc bērnu kopšanas atvaļinājuma

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Sievietes lēmums neatgriezties darbā pēc bērnu kopšanas atvaļinājuma” mērķis ir uzzināt iemeslus, kas nosaka sievietes izvēli neatgriezties darbā pēc bērna kopšanas atvaļinājuma. Pētījuma ietvaros tika intervētas 11 sievietes vecumā no 27 līdz 34 gadiem, kuras pēc bērnu kopšanas atvaļinājuma nav atgriezušās darbā. Intervijās iegūtie dati analizēti caur lomu teorijas un Hakimas izvēles teorijas prizmu. Bakalaura darbā tiek noskaidrots kādi ekonomiskie, sociālie un emocionālie iemesli nosaka sievietes izvēli neatriezties darbā pēc bērnu kopšanas atvaļinājuma.

Bachelor thesis “Woman’s decision not to return to work after maternity leave” aims to know the reasons which determine the choice of women not to return to work after maternity leave. Within research 11 women aged from 27 to 34 years were interviewed who after maternity leave haven't returned to work. Data obtained during interviews are analysed on the prism of the role theory and Preference theory by Hakim. This Bachelor thesis find out which economic, social and emotional reasons determines the choice of woman not to return to work after maternity leave.
