Suicidālas uzvedības riska līmenis un antisuicidālie motīvi notiesātajiem vīriešiem, saistība ar apreibinošu vielu ļaunprātigu lietošanu

Maģistra darba tēma ir «Suicidālas uzvedības riska līmenis un antisuicidālie motīvi notiesātajiem vīriešiem, saistībā ar apreibinošo vielu ļaunprātīgo lietošanu». Dotajā pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt suicidālas uzvedības riska līmeni, antisuicidālas uzvedības motīvus un ļaunprātīgo apreibinošo vielu lietošanu notiesātiem vīriešiem. Pamatjēdzieni: suicidāla uzvedība, antisuicidāliem motīvi, apreibinošo vielu ļaunprātīga lietošana. Esošajā pētījuma tika izvirzīti 3 pētījuma jautājumi: Vai pastāv saistības starp suicidālas uzvedības riska līmenim un antisuicidāliem motīviem? Vai pastāv saistības starp suicidālas uzvedības riska līmenim un ļaunprātīgo apreibinošo vielu lietošanu? Vai pastāv saistības starp antisuicidāliem motīviem un ļaunprātīgo apreibinošo vielu lietošanu? Cik lielā merā ļaunprātīgo apreibinošo vielu lietošana var prognozēt suicidālas uzvedības riska līmeni? Pētījuma dalībnieki ir 61 respondenti vecumā no 20 līdz 59 gadiem. Visi respondenti ir notiesātie vīrieši, kuri izcieš sodu brīvības atņemšanas iestāde. Pētījumā tika izmantotas Antisuicidālo motīvu aptauja (Dzīves iemeslu aptauju lapa. The Reason for Living Omventory (RFL), Suicīda draudu vērtību skala (SDVS), strukturēta intervija un personas lietas analīze. Pētījumā tika saņemti sekojoši rezultāti, starp suicidālas uzvedības līmenim un apreibinošo vielu ļaunprātīgo lietošanu ir nozīmīga pozitīva korelācija (p<0.01). Ir atrasta statistiski nozīmīga pozitīva korelācija starp antisuicidāliem motīviem: atbildība pret ģimeni, bailes par sociālo nosodījumu un apreibinošo vielu ļaunprātīgo lietošanu (p<0.01). The subject of the Master thesis is “The level of the suicidal behavior risk and anti-suicidal motives among men in custody, in conjunction with substance abuse”. The aim of this research is investigate the level of suicidal behavior risk, anti-suicidal behavior motives and substance abuse among men in custody. Core Concepts: suicidal behavior, anti-suicidal motives, substance abuse. There are three main questions in the following research: Is there a connection between the level of suicidal behavior risk and anti-suicidal motives? Is there a connection between the level of suicidal behavior risk and substance abuse? Is there a connection between anti-suicidal motives and substance abuse? Research participant are 61 respondents among 20 and 69 years of age took part in the research. All respondents are condemned men, which serve a sentence in a correctional facility. The Reason for Living Inventory (RFL), Scale of suicide threat level, structured interview and personal file analysis have been used in this research. Summarizing the research results, there is a significant positive correlation (p<0.01) between suicidal behavior level and substance abuse. There has been found a statistically significant positive correlation (p<0.01) between anti-suicidal motive – responsibility to the family and substance abuse. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between anti-suicidal motive – fear against social disapproval and substance abuse (p<0.05).
