Šajā programmatūras prasību specifikācijā un programmatūras projektējuma aprakstā tiek aprakstīta sistēma “Client Calmer”, kas ļauj klientiem saņemt automātiskos e-pastus par uzdevumu virzību un norises gaitu, kas pieder noteiktām grupām, kuras ir atkarīgas no ārējās sitēmas JIRA. Programmatūra paredzēta lietošanai ikdienas darba apstākļos un ir orientēta uz IT uzņēmumiem. “Client Calmer” sistēma atrisina vairākus svarīgus uzdevumus: pirmkārt, sistēma paredz iespēju modificēt uzģenerēto e-pasta šablonu; otrkārt, katram sistēmas lietotājam ir pieejama ērta grafiskā vide, kurā uzstādīt dažādus parametrus, lai sasniegtu maksimālu klientu apmierinātību. Sistēma ir paredzēta lietošanai kā uz datoriem, tā arī uz viedtālruņiem un planšetdatoriem, kas darbojas uz populārākajām operētājsistēmām. DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM "CLIENT CALMER" This software requirements specification and software design description describes the system "Client Calmer" that allows clients to automatically receive e-mails about the progress of tasks belonging to certain groups, that are defined by the outer system JIRA. The software is intended for use in an everyday working environment and is geared towards IT companies. The system "Client Calmes" solves many important tasks: firstly, it allows editing the generated e-mail template; secondly, each user has access to an easy to use graphical interface, where they can set up various parameters to ensure maximum client satisfaction. The system is intended to be used on computers as well as smartphones and tablets running popular operating systems.
