Jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaurā darbā "JAUNIEŠU NODARBINĀTĪBAS PROBLĒMAS LATVIJĀ" autors izskatīs jautājumu par jauniešu nodarbinātību Latvijā. Jauniešu bezdarbs joprojām ir viena no aktuālākajām problēmām jauniešu nodarbinātības sfērā. Pētījuma mērķis ir studentu un jauno speciālistu vietas noteikšana darba tirgū, kā arī faktoru noteikšana, kas jauniešiem traucē iegūt labu darbu. Autors arī aplūkos jauniešu nodarbinātības atbalsta programmas, kuras strādā Latvijas teritorijā, un veiks salīdzinošo analīzi par nodarbinātības un bezdarba līmeni Latvijā un ES valstīs. Uz pētījuma rezultātu bāzes tiks izdarīti secinājumi un noformulētas dažas rekomendācijas par darbiekārtošanas optimizāciju.

In Bachelor work “PROBLEM OF EMPLOYMENT OF YOUTH IN LATVIA” author will consider the question of employment of young people in Latvia. Youth unemployment remains one of the most acute problems in the field of labour. A research aim is an exposure of place of students and young specialists at the market of labour, and also exposure of factors that prevent from getting a good job. An author also will consider the programs of support employments of young people, working on territory of Latvia, and will conduct a comparative analysis of employment and unemployment in Latvia and the EU. On the basis of results of research will be drawn conclusion and formulated some recommendations for optimization of employment of young people.
