Sievietes reprezentācija Kendži Mizoguči filmā “Oharu dzīve” (1952)

Abstract

Darba mērķis bija izpētīt un analizēt Edo perioda dažādu sabiedrības kārtu sievietes tēla reprezentāciju Kendži Mizoguči filmā „Oharu dzīve” (1952), kas ir Ihara Saikaku (井原西鶴, Ihara Saikaku) romāna „Kaislīgās sievietes dzīve” (“The Life of an Amorous woman”) ekranizācija. Darba uzdevumi ir: 1.Analizēt romānu “The Life of an Amorous woman” un tās ekranizējumu – Kendži Mizoguči filmu „Oharu dzīve” (1952). 2.Izpētīt un analizēt Edo perioda sabiedrības atspoguļojumu, īpašu akcentu liekot uz sievietes tēlu. 3.Salīdzināt Kendži Mizoguči filmu „ Oharu dzīve” (1952) ar vēsturiskajiem faktiem par Japānu Edo perioda laikā. Secināts, ka Edo perioda laikā japāņu sievietes statusa ziņā bija zemākas par vīriešiem, neatkarīgi no sabiedrības kārtas, kurai tās piederēja un tieši tas tiek precīzi atspoguļots Kendži Mizoguči filmā „Oharu dzīve” (1952). Darbs strukturēts 3 nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts Ihara Saikau romāns “The Life of an Amorous woman” un tā ekranizējuma tapšana un sižets. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota Edo perioda vēsture un atsevišķas sabiedrības kārtas, koncentrējoties uz sievietes vietu sabiedrībā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek salīdzinātas dažādās sieviešu identitātes, kuras tiek atspoguļotas filmā „Oharu dzīve” (1952) Edo perioda kontekstā. Darbs rakstīts latviešu valodā un sastāv no 53 lapaspusēm. The main aim of the paper was to investigate and analyse the way that women of different social classes of the Edo period are represented in Kenji Mizoguchi’s film “The Life of Oharu” (1952) which is a cinematic representation of Ihara Saikaku’s (井原西鶴) novel “The Life of an Amorous woman”. The main tasks of the paper are: 1.To analyse the novel “The Life of an Amorous woman” and its cinematic representation - Kenji Mizoguchi’s film “The Life of Oharu” (1952). 2.To investigate and analyse how Edo time society and women in particular are represented. 3.To compare Kenji Mizoguchi’s film “The Life of Oharu” (1952) with historical facts about Japan in the Edo period. It was concluded that in the time of the Edo period Japanese women were with lower social status than men despite their social class and this is clearly represented in Kenji Mizoguchi’s film “The Life of Oharu” (1952). The paper is divided into three parts. First, it describes Ihara Saikaku’s (井原西鶴) novel “The Life of an Amorous woman” and the creation of its cinematic representation as well as its plot. Then, it takes a look at the history of the Edo period and a few of its social classes, closely looking at the position of women in society of that time. Finally, the paper compares different women identities which are represented in the movie “The Life of Oharu” (1952) in the context of the Edo period. The paper is written in Latvian and contains 53 pages.
