Ķīnas hukou reģistrācijas sistēmas analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Ķīnas hukou reģistrācijas sistēmas analīze” veltīta reģistrācijas sistēmas izpētei un analizēšanai. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt hukou reģistrācijas sistēmu Ķīnā. Darba gaitā analizētas agrāk pieņemtās reģistrācijas sistēmas struktūras, analizēti sistēmu ierobežojumi lauku migrantu strādniekiem, pētītas gadu gaitā ieviestās reformas, kā arī pirms un pēc reformas laika hukou statusu maiņas atšķirības Darbs sastāv no četrām daļām. Darba pirmā daļa veltīta hukou aizsākuma izpētei, baodzja un lidzjā sistēmu analizēšanai. Darba otrajā daļā veikts ieskats hukou reģistrā un analizētas sistēmas problēmas. Trešajā daļā tiek pētītas gadu gaitā veiktās reformas, kā arī apskatīta inteliģences kritika par reformām. Un darba ceturtajā daļā apskatīta hukou pāreja no pilsētas uz lauku hukou un otrādi pirms reformu laikā, kā arī pēc.

The title of this thesis is „Analysis of the Hukou Registration System in China”, and it is devoted to explore and analyze the Hukou Registration System in China. During the research author analyzed previously adopted structures of registration system, analyzed restrictions of the system for rural migrant workers, evaluated reforms, who has changed the system over the years and the differences for hukou conversion during pre-reform era and reform era. The work consists of two parts. The first part is devoted for analyzing the beginning of hukou system and analyze of baojia and lijia systems. In the second part of thesis author take insight in hukou register and analyze problems of this system. Third part consists of researching reforms, who have been made over the years and the critique from intelligence. And in the forth part author analyzed conversion of hukou from agricultural to non-agricultural, and other way around, in both - pre-reform and reform era.
