Džuče ideoloģijas attīstība un tās ietekme Ziemeļkorejas ārpolitikā (2011-2016)

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Džuče ideoloģijas attīstība un tās ietekme Ziemeļkorejas ārpolitikā (2011-2016)”. Mūsdienās Ziemeļkorejas ārpolitika ir īpaši svarīga austrumāzijas reģionā, tāpēc šajā darbā tiek aplūkots viens no iespējamajiem ietekmējošajiem faktoriem tajā – džuče ideoloģija.Uzsvars šajā darbāir likts uz ideoloģijas vēsturi un tās pamatelementiem, kā arī tajā tiek pielietota detalizētāk pieeja apskatot kā katrs no Ziemeļkorejas līderiem to paplašināja. Sākot no Kim Il Song, kurš tiek uzskatīts par šo ideju pamatlicēju, līdz Kim Džong Il, kurš šīs idejas ar filozofisku pieeju izvērsa plašāk, lai pamatotu savas mantošanas tiesības, tiek nodalīts, kurā brīdī parādījās katrs elements un kas tajā iekļauts. Jaunākais līderis, Kim Džong Un, ideoloģijā jaunas izmaiņas nav ieviesis, tāpēc viņa gadījumā tālāk apskatīta ir Ziemeļkorejas pašreizējā ārpolitika un ideoloģijas iespējamā ietekme uz to. Darbs ir sadalīts trīs daļās, atbilstoši katra līdera laikam. Katrā daļā ir 3-5 nodaļas. Pirmajā daļā apskatīta ir terminoloģija un etimoloģija saistībā ar džuče ideoloģiju, kā arī īsa Korejas pussalas vēsture, kas parāda vēsturisko fonu džuče ideoloģijas veidošanai. Darba gaitā tika secināts, ka džuče ideoloģija tās pirmsākumos sastāvēja no marksisma-ļeņinisma, maoisma un nacionālisma. Otrajā daļā, ar Kim Džong Il uz rakstiem balstīto un vairāk filozofisko pieeju, ideoloģijā paradījās konfūcisms, kā arī vēsturiskā naratīva pārveidošanas, mītiskie un reliģiskie elementi. Darbā tika secināts, ka Ziemeļkorejas ideoloģija vismaz teorētiski ietekmē šīs valsts ārpolitiku.

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is “The Development of Juche Ideology and its Influence in North Korea’s Foreign Policy (2011-2016)”. These days the foreign policy of North Korea is particularly important in the East Asia region, which is why the main focus of this paper is one of its possible influencing factors – Juche ideology. The emphasis in this paper is on the history and the basic elements of the ideology and it takes a more detailed approach when considering how each of the North Korean leaders further expanded it. Starting from Kim Il Sung, who is considered to be the founder of the ideology, to Kim Jong Il who took a more philosophical approach to it, to legitimize his succession as the next in line for ruling the state. The newest leader, Kim Jong Un, hasn’t made any changes to the ideology during his rule, so in his case North Korea’s current policy and the impact of ideology in it, is considered. The thesis has three main parts, one for each leader. Each part has 3-5 chapters. The first part further expands upon the terminology and etymology of Juche, as well as a brief history of the Korean peninsula, which shows the historical background for the creation of the ideology. During the process of research for this thesis, it was determined that Juche at its source was a mix of Marxism-Leninism, Maoism and nationalism. In the second part, with Kim Jong Il’s text based and more philosophical approach, elements of Confucianism, changing historical narrative, mysticism and religion were introduced. As for the third part, it was concluded that even if it’s only in theory, Juche does have an impact on North Korea’s foreign policy in modern times.
