Valsts asinsdonoru centra personāla skatījums uz ziedotajām asinīm

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Valsts asinsdonoru centra personāla skatījums uz ziedotajām asinīm”. Konkrētais pētījums piedāvā informāciju par Valsts asindonoru centra pieejamību publiskajā telpā, kā arī, balstoties uz empīriskajiem datiem, norāda par medicīnas personāla praksēm, kas saistītas ar ziedošanas procesu. Pētījums sastāv no teorētiskā apraksta, mediju analīzes, līdzdalīgā novērojuma un autora refleksijas par darba attīstības gaitu. Iepriekšminētās metodes tika izmantotas kā galvenais rīks, lai atbildētu uz pētījumā izvirzīto mērķi, uzdevumiem un jautājumiem. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka medicīnas personāla loma ir nozīmīga, tas attiecas arī uz ar to saistītajiem noteikumiem (asiņu karjeras kontrolēšana, jaunu donoru pieaistīšana, savstarpējā komunikācija, reciprociātes veicināšana utt.) jo palīdz piepildīt Valsts asinsdonoru centra vīzijas un mērķus – piesaistīt pēc iespējas lielāku donoru skaitu un veicināt asiņu regulāru un stabilu plūsmu. Medicīnas personāla loma ir neatsverama, jo tieši personāls saistīts ar visiem ziedošanas procesiem un vislabāk pārzina donoru centra iekšējos un ārējos noteikumus un darbu sistēmu.

Bachelor’s thesis „The National Blood Service of Latvia, personnel view on donated blood” is a research which discovers how the medical personnel’s actions towards processes related to blood donation are displayed publicly. The Research includes media analysis, participant observation and reflection of the author on the process of carrying out the research. Methods mentioned above have been used as primary tools to reach the aim and answer the main questions concerning the research. The results of the research show that the impact of the personnel is significant and it includes controlling the „career of blood”, acquiring new blood donors, communication between among the personnel, promoting reprocity. Those processes help reaching the aims of namely to rise the number of blood donors as well as to maintain steady and regular quantity of blood donations. These things mentioned are connected to praxis, used by medical personell to achieve goals set by centre. The impact of the medical personnel is invaluable because the personell itself is connected to blood donation process and is the most knowledgeable when dealing with uncommon assignments, and both formal and internal concerns of the centre.
